如何做好个人隐私保护文献综述

摘要

随着互联网的发展和普及，大数据技术打破了人类科技发展的障碍，人们的生活方式也发生了变化。然而科学技术是一把双刃剑，我们在享受大数据带来的便利和机遇的同时，我们的个人隐私安全也是必不可少的。虽然互联网个人隐私保护越来越受到广大用户的重视，但是免费社交软件使用中侵犯个人隐私事件仍屡屡发生。当下的个人隐私暴露比过去更轻而易举、更隐蔽,因而伤害性更严重,伤害的范围更广。因此有必要对信息技术进行严格的限制、制定更合理有效的法律、加大惩处力度、规范人脸数据采集、应用、储存及处理流程制度，从而保护好个人隐私。

本文从理论出发，首先介绍了个人隐私保护、隐私权、传统隐私权的概念，并提出在大数据背景下隐私权保护的关键内容。然后结合最近几年互联网发展过程中出现的典型事件及案例，阐述大数据背景下公民隐私权存在的侵权类型和突出问题。在公民隐私权保护的问题上，虽然我国颁布了许多法律、行政法规，也采取了措施，但仍然存在诸多不足。本文结合我国国情以及大数据时代发展的需要对我国隐私权保护提出建议。
