摘 要

近年来，随着经济全球化的不断发展、科技水平的逐渐提高、社会专业分工的进一步细化，物资的流通也愈加频繁，同时农村经济也在发生变化，城乡一体化不断发展，使得农村人们生活向城市生活方式靠近。无论是农村居民网上购物还是农产品的物流配送，都需要完善的物流配送体系，由此可知物流的便利也在逐渐影响着农村人们的生活，因此也对农村电商物流体系的发展速度是否与现代化快速发展相适应提出了要求。

本文以仪征市为例，结合仪征市的实际情况及空间数据，在SuperMap Deskpro 2008软件平台上对其进行矢量化和属性数据的编辑，完成数据的采集与处理之后，对配送中心是否选址科学、配送路线是否为最佳都将影响着农村电商配送效率的问题进行了研究，最后利用SuperMap Deskpro 2008软件中的网络分析功能进行物流配送最佳路径分析、旅行商分析。

Abstract

In recent years, with the continuous development of economic globalization, the gradual improvement of the level of science and technology, and the further refinement of the social division of labor, the circulation of goods and materials is also becoming more and more frequent, at the same time, the rural economy is changing, and continuous development of urban and rural integration, making the rural people live near to the city life style. Whether it is the rural residents online shopping or the logistics of agricultural product, all need to improve the logistics distribution system, from this we can know that the convenience of logistics is also gradually affecting the life of people in rural areas, so it is also on the rural electricity suppliers logistics system development speed and modernization of the rapid development of the requirements to meet the requirements of.

In this paper, taking Yizheng city as an example, combined with the actual situation of Yizheng city and the spatial data, the SuperMap Deskpro 2008 software platform for vector and attribute data editing, Completion of data acquisition and processing, whether the distribution center location science, whether the distribution route is the best will affect the rural electricity suppliers and distribution efficiency of the problem, finally, using the analysis function of SuperMap Deskpro 2008 software to determine the address of distribution center, and for the best path to determine the problem, finally, using the network analysis function of Deskpro SuperMap 2008 software to carry on the best path analysis of the logistics distribution, the traveling salesman analysis.

绪论

1.1 问题的提出

我国的经济从改革开放以后迅猛发展，跟上了经济全球化的趋势，国家领导人一直都很重视我国科技水平的发展，在经济快速发展之际各个行业也如雨后春笋般的涌现。互联网时代的到来，使得农村居民也开始在网上购物，并且农村人民也开始通过网络信息实现农村蔬菜、水果等农产品快速便捷的运输到各大连锁超市中，得以增加家庭的收入。无论是农村居民网上购物还是农产品的物流配送，都需要完善的物流配送体系，由此可知物流的便利也在逐渐影响着农村人们的生活，因此也对农村电商物流体系的发展速度是否与现代化快速发展相适应提出了要求^[1]。

政府也高度重视起农村物流的发展与完善：2009年5月23日，由国家财政部等六个部门联合下发的《关于推动农村物流发展的意见》被国务院办公厅转发，上至国家最高领导者，下至平民老百姓都看到了国家的重点放在了三农问题^[2]上，农村物流相关问题包含其中。虽然在西方物流配送的理论研究已经有了100多年的历史，而且在我国，物流配送也得以发展，但是以GIS为基础的农村电商物流配送体系的研究太少^[3]。
