摘 要

本研究以江苏省为研究区域再结合国内外农业信息管理的先进经验，遵循可靠性、规范性、实用性、稳定性和可扩展性等设计原则，对系统架构作了总体设计。在收集了江苏省各种农业资源数据的基础上，开发了基于ArcGIS Engine 10.2的农业普查信息管理系统。本系统以农业资源数据处理为基础，以统计分析为重点，共包括五大子系统，分别具有地图的基础操作，农业资源信息查询、分析、统计，相关专题图制作等功能，能够方便地管理和组织农业资源数据。软件系统人机交互界面友好简洁易操作，能为不同类型的用户提供准确有效的信息。针对一般的个人用户，农普系统提供农业信息查询服务；农业部门可以在查询并收集汇总农业数据的基础上进行缓冲区和统计分析，并且可以通过系统数据库对农业数据进行高效管理。本论文详细地介绍和分析了江苏省农普信息系统的总体架构、功能设计和数据库设计。

Design and development of agricultural census information system

Abstract

This research takes Jiangsu Province as the research area and combines the rich experience of agricultural information management at home and abroad. Following the design principles of reliability, standardization, practicability, stability and scalability, the overall design of the system architecture is made. On the basis of collecting all kinds of agricultural resources data in Jiangsu Province, the agricultural census information management system based on ArcGIS Engine 10.2 was developed. This system is based on the data processing of agricultural resources, focusing on the statistical analysis. It consists of five subsystems, which have the functions of basic operation of map, information query, analysis, statistics of agricultural resources, production of relevant thematic maps, etc., and can manage and organize agricultural resources data conveniently. The human-computer interface of the software system is friendly, simple and easy to operate, which can provide accurate and effective information for different types of users. For general individual users, the agricultural information query service is provided by the agricultural general system; the agricultural department can make buffer zone and statistical analysis based on the query and collection of agricultural data, and can manage agricultural data efficiently through the system database. This paper introduces and analyzes the general architecture, function design and database design of Jiangsu agricultural general information system in detail.
