摘 要

新形势下 ，国防和军队信息化建设在整个国防现代化建设中越来越具有举足轻重的地位。所谓国防信息化，是在现代战争特别是信息化战争的大背景下，顺应此类战争需求而建设的国防信息系统。计算机技术、网络技术、数据库技术以及通讯技术日新月异的发展，不断地对国防信息化建设提出了更高的标准。本次拟设计武汉理工大学国防生之家网站，目的是结合大学期间所学习的有关方面知识，并借助近几年国防生经历，制作一个可供使用、简洁美观、交互性强，同时又充分采用现阶段主流技术具有良好发展前景的网站，对国防信息化建设进行必要的、力所能及的实践和尝试，主要工作内容如下：

第一章绪论，介绍了开发本网站的目的和意义，分析了目前国内外的研究现状，对整个网站的内容进行了梳理和说明；

第二章介绍了项目开发所使用到的技术工具包括PHP、HTML5、MySQL等，并在此基础上对整个网站的架构方法进行选择比较了B/S和C/S两种方式，并最终采用了B/S架构的网站设计模式；

第三章和第四章分别对该项目进行了可行性分析和需求分析，明确了项目的具体设计目标和设计原则；

第五章介绍项目实现过程，先对项目的整个业务流程进行了设计，再对系统的功能和系统的数据库进行了设计，随后展示了网站设计实现后，具体的各部分成果，最后对项目进行了必要的软件测试；

第六章对整个设计过程进行了总结，分析了本次设计所取得的成果以及该实践活动的意义，并提出了进一步需要解决的问题和对技术的展望。

Abstract

Under the new circumstances, the development of national defense and military informatization is playing a more and more important role in the modernization of national defense. The so-called defense informatization is a national defense information system built to meet the needs of such wars under the backdrop of modern warfare, especially information warfare. The rapid development of computer technology, network technology, database technology, and communication technology has constantly raised higher standards for defense informatization. The purpose of this project is to design the website of the National Defense Students’ Home of Wuhan University of Technology. The purpose is to combine the relevant knowledge learned during the university and use the experience of national defense students in recent years to make a usable, concise and beautiful, interactive and full of Using the websites with mainstream development technology in the current stage with good prospects for development, carry out necessary and capable practices and trials for national defense information construction. The main work contents are as follows:

The first chapter introduces the purpose and significance of the development of this website, analyzes the current research status at home and abroad, and sorts out and explains the content of the entire website.

The second chapter introduces the technical tools used in project development, including PHP, HTML5, MySQL, etc., and based on this, compares the architecture method of the entire website with B/S and C/S, and finally adopts them. B/S architecture website design pattern;

The third chapter and the fourth chapter respectively carried out feasibility analysis and demand analysis of the project, and clarified the specific design goals and design principles of the project;

The fifth chapter of the project implementation process, first designed the entire business process of the project, and then designed the system's functions and system database, and then demonstrated the specific results of the various parts of the website design and implementation, and finally the project was conducted.

The sixth chapter summarizes the entire design process, analyzes the achievements of the design and the significance of the practical activities, and proposes further problems to be solved and prospects for technology.

第1章 绪论

1.1前言

国防指的是为了保卫国家的主权、领土完整和安全、防御外来武装势力侵犯领土和颠覆政权，所设立的包括军事、政治、经济、文化、科技等一切手段的防御措施。一个国家、民族最根本的利益全部依存于国家安全和国家发展两个方面，“国无防不立，民无防不安”，只有构筑坚实的国防体系，国家才能够获得所需要的生存空间并且维护自己的发展权益。国防维系着社会的发展，捍卫着民族的尊严，承载着国家的安全。

在现代互联网技术、通讯技术、数据库技术飞速发展，社会快速的由工业文明向信息起决定性作用的信息化社会转型的时代，对国防现代化建设也提出了新的时代要求，衡量一个国家国防力量的指标不再仅限于机械化战争时代的武器装备机动性和武器杀伤力，为了实现打赢高技术战争尤其是信息化战争的目标，国防信息化建设越来越成为引人关注的焦点。

所谓国防信息化建设，是指以提高信息对战争的影响能力为最基本的目的，以将武器设备、作战人员、战争信息等集成为有机整体为主要技术手段，把以物质和能量为战斗力核心点的、适合于现代热兵器战争的机械化国防力量，建设成以数据和信息为国防战斗力核心点的、面向信息化战争的信息化国防的过程。
