摘 要

世界上有各种各样的声音，我们经常会需要一些特定环境下的声音信息来帮助我们完成一些事情，但是我们能得到的声音信息往往存在着提取困难、容量太大以及信息不纯等问题，所以我们需要一个声音数据管理系统来帮助我们合理的管理声音数据，在我们需要的时候，能为我们提供合适的声音信息。

过去使用人工的方式管理声音数据信息，这种管理方式效率低、保密性差,另外时间久了将产生大量冗余的文件和数据,这对于用户的查找、更新和维护都带来了不少的困难。现在采用计算机数据库技术进行信息化数据管理，使声音数据的管理更加方便、实用。

本系统是基于web的声音数据管理系统，论文介绍了在VS2010环境下开发本系统的详细过程，设计基于web的声音数据管理系统的复杂程序，经过详细的系统调查，开发出操作简单、实用的一个基于web的声音数据管理系统。本系统功能较为全面，但还有着一些发展空间。

本系统是基于基于asp.net技术 sql server数据库 iis服务器的方式设计，以vs2010为基本开发工具，并部分使用CSS技术。本系统经过测试，运行稳定，符合任务书的要求。

Abstract

There are a variety of voices in the world, we often need sound information specific environment to help us get something done, but the sound of information we can get there is often difficult to extract, too much capacity, and information and other issues impure so we need a sound data management system to help us manage the voice sound data, in our time of need, to provide appropriate sound information for us.

In the past the use of artificial way to manage voice data, the low efficiency of this management, poor security, the other a long time will have a lot of redundant files and data, which users search, update and maintenance have brought a lot of difficult. Now using computer database technology management information data, the sound data management more convenient and practical.

The system is web-based audio data management system, the paper describes the development of the detailed process of the present system under VS2010 environment, design a web-based audio data management system for complex procedures, through the detailed system investigation, the development of simple and practical a web-based audio data management system. This system function is more comprehensive, but there is still some room for development.

The system is based asp.net sql server database technology mode iis server designed to vs2010 basic development tools, and partly based on the use of CSS technology. The system has been tested and stable operation, in line with the requirements of the mission statement.
