年产230万平方米抛釉砖生产线扩初设计毕业论文

摘 要

工厂设计是工程建设的首要前提。按照要求提供优质的设计文件,使得工厂建设得以顺利进行,并且为投入生产创造必要条件。合理有效的工厂设计,对于项目的新建、改建和扩建等具有缩短工期、节约投资、提高经济效益的关键性作用。本设计是年产230万平方米抛釉砖生产线扩初设计,该设计的主要目的是选取合适的生产设备,使得工厂的生产工艺达到最优化,并且成本控制在最佳范围。设计内容具体包括全厂总平面设计、原料车间及联合车间的设计,生产两种规格的抛釉砖,一种是规格型号为300×300×5mm的抛釉砖130万平方米,另一种是规格型号为800×800×5mm的抛釉砖100万平方米。

Expanding the preliminary design for glazed tile production lines of 2.3million square meters per year

Abstract

The design of the factory is the first important step of engineering building. The assignment of design is to offer work with high quality. So the construction of the factory or technology reconstruction will carry out successfully and it also benefit for the production. Advanced and reasonable design will be very important for new building item, rebuilding item, expanding item, shortening time limit for a project and improving economy benefit. It is that a glazed tile factory produces two glazed tile producing line of 2.3million square meters per year to expand the preliminary design. The aim is to choose the good devices to make the factory production line go to best and to confine the cost of the factory building. The design task includes the whole factory total level design, raw material workshop design, unite workshop design. Producing two kings of the glazed tiles, one is 300×300×5mm,the annual output is 1,300,000 square meters; The other one is 800×800×5mm,the annual output is 1,000,000 square meters.

设计是基本建设和技术改造的一个前期重要工作。按照要求提供优质的设计文件,使得工厂建设得以顺利进行,并且为投入生产创造必要条件。合理有效的工厂设计,对于项目的新建、改建和扩建等具有缩短工期、节约投资、提高经济效益的关键性作用。本次设计用时四个多月,在吴红忠老师的悉心指导以及其他老师同学的热心帮助下,把大学学习的理论和实践结合起来,做到学以致用。我很珍惜这次的机会并且感谢导师的全力相助。
