摘 要

棉涤面料作为棉和涤纶的混纺织物，既含有棉的特点又具有涤纶的特性。棉涤面料制作的织物具有弹性、耐磨性、挺括性等特点，服用性能高。

本设计针对棉涤面料的印花厂进行研究，主要研究不同类型的棉涤面料印花布的工艺流程和工艺配方，根据不同的工艺流程选择不同的设备，完成棉涤面料印花厂的设计。

Design of a printing plant whose annual output of

cotton/polyester fabric is 1 million meters

Abstract

Cotton/polyester fabric is made of cotton and polyester. It not only has the characteristics of cotton but also has the characteristics of polyester. Cotton/polyester fabric made of polyester fabric has the characteristic such as flexibility, abrasion resistance, crisp and high performance.

This design for cotton/polyester fabric studied about printing plant.The main research is different types of cotton/polyester fabrics’ printed technology process and technology of the formula.We can Accord to the different process to select different equipment,then finish the design ofcotton/polyester fabric printing plant.

1.1棉涤面料的介绍

棉涤面料，顾名思义就是棉与涤纶纤维的混纺织物。一般采用65%-67%的棉与33%-35%的涤纶通过混纺工艺而制成的面料。
