摘 要

场地现状分析是每个设计师必须要调查分析的一个过程，展厅空间以及配套餐饮空间是该场地改造规划的一个重要的组成部分，前期对场地的现状以及周边环境的调查是非常有必要的，通过展厅空间以及配套餐饮空间对该场地进行设计。南昌世茂云中心现状周围配套设施已经相对完善，该场地建筑是相对有特色的一个建筑外观，结合外型景观、周围人流、地理位置优势，充分表现出南昌世茂云中心的科技展厅地域文化。展厅以及咖啡厅都运用交互设计，将人机工程学的研究加入思考，使其更能贴近人们的生活，参观者也更能融入和理解该区域的文化。前期通过大量的网上收集南昌世茂云中心的资料，研究分析出切实可行的科技展厅以及配套的咖啡厅空间设计方案，在不改变建筑外观的基础上加强其南昌区域的地域文化。在收集资料的过程中认真的分析其空间构成的重要因素，对科技展厅空间以及咖啡厅空间内部所有要素进行提炼总结、设计出更具表现力的展厅文化。

Abstract

Site status analysis is a process that every designer must investigate and analyze. Exhibition hall space and supporting catering space are an important part of the site reconstruction planning. It is necessary to investigate the current situation of the site and surrounding environment in the early stage. The site is designed through exhibition hall space and supporting catering space. The supporting facilities around the current situation of Nanchang Shimaoyun Center have been relatively perfect. The site building is a relatively distinctive architectural appearance. Combining with the external landscape, surrounding people and geographical location advantages, it fully shows the regional culture of the science and technology exhibition hall of Nanchang Shimaoyun Center. Both exhibition halls and cafes use interactive design to add ergonomics research to their thinking, so that they can be closer to people's lives, and visitors can better integrate and understand the culture of the region. Previously, through a large number of online collection of information from the Nanchang Shimaoyun Center, the feasible space design scheme of science and technology exhibition hall and supporting cafe was studied and analyzed, and the regional culture of Nanchang region was strengthened without changing the appearance of the building. In the process of collecting data, we carefully analyze the important factors of its space composition, refine and summarize the space of science and technology exhibition hall and all the elements inside the space of coffee shop, and design a more expressive exhibition hall culture.

“科技是第一生产力”这句话不断影响着如今的社会发展，在现如今科技无处不在，无时无刻都在影响着人们的生活，人们的省会节奏也在不断加快。科技展厅慢慢成为一座城市发展快慢与否的一个标志性空间。咖啡厅也在日益扩大，成为现代人工作中至关重要的一个休息空间。一般人一天的工作时间大约在八个小时左右，占一天二十四小时中的1/3的时间，所以剩余另外的2/3时间需要放松自身，愉悦身心。因此科技展厅空间设计以及咖啡厅空间设计显得尤为重要。优秀的科技展厅可以更好的让人迅速的融入到该城市的文化当中，展示出一个城市的历史文化，以及科技文化。舒适的咖啡厅空间设计可以让工作一天身心疲惫的人有个栖息之所，重新整理心情。反之恶劣的环境可能会非常影响人的心情以及工作效率，从而达不到一个咖啡厅空间设计的初衷。南昌世茂云中心的地理置优越，周围是商业空间。

咖啡厅空间和科技展厅空间的设计通过分析其发展现状，场地建筑环境现状、区域文化表达、交互空间设计、个性化展厅设计几个方面，深彻研究了展厅、咖啡厅设计的优点以及发展愿景。研究科技展厅的设计原则和发展趋势，设计出符合区域文化的展厅。
