摘 要

本次设计从场地的功能入手，紧紧把握场地使用人群的需求，将场地的功能归纳为养老、疗养和旅游三点，从这三个功能提炼出“澎湃生命，岁月如歌”的设计主题。鉴于秦皇岛得天独厚的地理位置与悠久的历史文化，所以将地方文化与海洋文化相融合，来塑造场地的文化脉络和精神气质。在设计时充分考虑老年人的心理和生理特点，考虑到老年人的活动能力与活动范围，布置场地内的活动和功能。通过分析居民和游客的活动路线，细化节点的设计，安排节点的具体位置，让两类人群互不干扰，同时满足他们各个方面的需要。

Landscape Design of “Recuperation Complex” in Nandaihe

Abstract

Starting from the function of the site, this design closely grasps the needs of the people who use the site, and summarizes the functions of the site into three points: pension, recuperation and tourism. From these three functions, the design theme of "Surging Life is Like A Song " is extracted. In view of Qinhuangdao's unique geographical location and long history and culture, local culture and marine culture are integrated to shape the cultural context and spiritual temperament of the site. In the design, the psychological and physiological characteristics of the elderly are fully taken into account, and the activities and functions of the elderly are arranged according to their ability and range of activities. By analyzing the activity routes of residents and tourists, the design of nodes is refined and the specific location of nodes is arranged, so that the two groups do not interfere with each other and meet their needs in various aspects.

第一章 前期分析

1.1 场地区位

1.1.1 场地交通

场地位于河北省秦皇岛市南戴河地块，距北京约270公里，距天津约230公里，而今后高铁的开通将把两地到场地的交通时间缩短到1个小时。而本项目用地位于南戴河中心区域的核心地块，位于南戴河旅游度假区与北戴河旅游度假区之间，场地距离大海直线距离200米左右，距离高铁北戴河站约10公里，距秦皇岛市区20公里。

1.1.2 周边用地

场地周边用地的类型以居住用地为主，并且其中分布着许许多多的旅游疗养设施，而在其中分散着简单的商业设施供日常生活使用。总的来看附近的旅游疗养设施和商业设施主要是于上个世纪建成并投入使用，其能够提供的服务已不能满足现代旅游疗养和当前使用者的需要。

1.2.1 使用人群与功能

在设计场地时首先要考虑到在场地中生活的使用人群分为三大类^[1]：养老人群、疗养人群和外来游客，他们日常的活动范围和活动内容并不相同。其中游客主要是为了场地内部的商业功能而来^[2]，因此在场地的设计上要考虑到与商业功能的衔接，而为养老人群和疗养人群服务主要需要从功能上入手^[3][4]，围绕特殊的功能设计场地的结构和样式^[5]。
