透明聚酰胺的制备与研究毕业论文

摘 要

本课题的主要研究内容是透明聚酰胺材料及其制备方法,以己二胺,癸二酸,三甲基己二胺,对环己烷二甲酸等为原料,采用熔融共聚法制备了含有侧基以及脂环的透明聚酰胺,并利用设备研究其热性能、凝聚态结构以及光学性能,表征出其原料配比对这些性能的影响。

通过查阅文献,设计配方以及合成路线,制成薄膜,利用光学雾度仪表征其透明度及其雾度;利用乌氏黏度计测出其黏度,进而可以大体测出其分子量随单体百分数变化的规律;运用DSC测出其玻璃化温度和粘流温度。结果表明:随着透明聚酰胺大分子中侧基以及脂环的增加,玻璃化温度升高,分子内氢键作用减弱,结晶度降低,透明度上升,产物分子量与透明聚酰胺大分子中侧基以及脂环的增加没有关系,产物分子量较低。

Study on Properties of Transparent Polyamide and Its Preparation

Abstract

The main contents of this subject is transparent polyamide material and the method to transparent copolyamide was synthesized through the process of melt copolycondensation by hexamethylenediamine, decanedioic acid, 2,2,4-trimethylhexamethylenediamine, and 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanoic acid, etc. Thermal properties, congregated structures and optical properties were discussed.Over literature,we can design formulations and synthesis route,and then make it film.Use the Optical Haze Meter to show its transparency and haze.;use the Ubbelohde viscometer to measure its viscosity to roughly show the law that molecular weigh and the percentage change in monomer;use DSC to measure its glass transition temperature and viscous flow temperature.The result showed that with the increase of pendant group and alicyclic constituent, the glass transition temperature of transparent copolyamide was increased, the interaction of hydrogen-bond was decreased, the ability of crystallization was decreased, and the ability of transmitting was increased.
