摘 要
本设计是泰州市某轻工厂第一职工宿舍楼设计。考虑建筑布置的要求,结构选型选择框架结构。结构布置尽量满足简单、实用和耐久三方面的要求。设计主要包括建筑设计和结构设计。其中建筑设计根据宿舍楼使用要求、自然条件、建筑造型及建筑功能和布置的需要进行平面布置和空间组织;结构设计包括结构选型,结构布置,梁、板、柱、基础的配筋计算,结合PKPM和天正等软件对计算结构进行验算与调整。

Abstract
This is a design about Taizhou workerwashroom. Taking the requirement of architectural distributions into consideration, the frame structure was chose. The structural distributions try to meet the requirements in 3 aspects of simple, practical and durability. The design is composed of architectural design and structural design. Architectural design carries out plan assign and space organizing according to requirement of use, natural conditions, constructional model, function and collocation; The structural design includes the selection of structure, the layout of the structure, matching the muscle to calculate of roof beam, board, column, foundation and carries out checking and adjustment of the structure with PKPM and the Aarch8 software.
