摘 要

本工程为实际应用课题，位于江都市，该工程为江都市图书发行大楼，横向3跨，中间跨度为3m。房屋总高约22m，共5层，建筑场地约48 m *19 m。要求采用钢筋混凝土多层框架结构。在正常情况下，本工程的合理设计使用年限为50年，建筑结构的安全等级为二级。建筑结构的安全等级为二级。设防烈度为7度，设计基本地震加速度值为0.15g，工程场地为Ⅱ类。基本风压基本风压值：W₀ = 0.40 kN/m²，基本雪压值：S₀ = 0.35 kN/m²。

根据建筑设计和结构承重、抗震方面的要求以及场地地质条件，合理地进行结构选型和结构整体布置，确定各种结构构件的尺寸，选取一榀主要横向结构框架进行结构设计计算，用计算结构力学程序对该榀结构框架进行电算与手算结果进行对比分析；完成楼梯设计和基础设计；用PKPM软件对整栋框架结构进行PKPM电算；绘制出相关建筑和结构施工图。

在设计过程中，结构设计严格遵守相关的要求，对整个设计的各个环节进行综合全面的科学性考虑。总之，适用、安全、经济、适用是本设计的原则。通过毕业设计，综合应用四年所学的专业知识，使我专业水平得到很大提高，为我将来的工作打下了坚实的基础。

Abstract

This project is a practical application subject, is located in Jiangdu, the project is the book distribution building, horizontal three-span,  the middle-span is 3m. Housing a height of about 22 meters, a total of 5 layers, building site about 40m*40m. Require the use of reinforced concrete multi-storey frame structure. Under normal circumstances, the rational design of the project life of 50 years, the security level of the building structure is secondary. Security level for the two building structures. Fortification intensity is 7 degrees, the basic design earthquake acceleration is 0.15g, the project site for the Class Ⅱ. The basic wind pressure value of basic wind pressure: W₀ = 0.40 kN/m², the basic snow pressure vulua: S₀ = 0.35 kN/m².

According to architectural design and structural loading, seismic requirements and site geological conditions, a reasonable structural selection and the overall layout of the structure to determine the dimensions of various structural members, select a transverse specimens of the main structural framework for structural design calculations, with the calculated structure structural mechanics framework program of the specimens of Computing and hand calculated results were analyzed; complete staircase design and basic design; PKPM software used throughout the frame structure PKPM Computing; draw up the relevant architectural and structural drawings.

In the process of design, structure design and strictly abide by relevant requirements, all aspects of the design of a comprehensive scientific considerations. In short, application, security, economic, applicable are the design principle. Through the graduation design, the comprehensive application of the professional knowledge learned in four years, that made my professional level has been greatly impovered, and lay a solid foundation for my future work.
