电磁偏置径向磁悬浮轴承设计毕业论文

摘 要

磁悬浮轴承是通过磁场中产生的磁力将转子固定在空中,使转子和定子中无任何触点,故他们之间没有摩擦力。磁悬浮轴承的工作原理的特别性让它具有摩擦小、噪声低、寿命久、不需润滑剂、没有油污等优点。本文的目的是能向读者介绍磁悬浮轴承的原理,并针对电磁偏置径向磁悬浮轴承这一方面进行更深入的研究,使得设计出来的轴承系统性能更加完善,生产成本也能有所下降。

为了完成完成这项设计,我们需要做许多工作,下面来简单说一下我们需要完成的工作:

首先,我们需要了解磁悬浮轴承的一些基本信息和基础的技术信息,这要求我们查阅大量相关资料,来达成以下目的:

了解磁悬浮轴承的应用范围;

了解它在学术界的地位;

了解磁悬浮轴承在国内外的发展状况;

了解研究磁悬浮轴承的深远意义。

其次,我们根据已经掌握的知识进行推导,对于整个磁悬浮轴承里面的材料选择,轴承的结构构造,磁悬浮轴承的槽型,轴承的参数之间的关系进行推导和设计,并通过验算,来保证结果的正确性。

最后,我们要使用Simulink软件对磁悬浮轴承的控制系统进行仿真实验。Simulink是MATLAB中一个强大的功能模块,在这个模块中,我们可以通过下拉菜单的形式,十分便捷的做出系统的结构框图。当完成这个结构框图时,我们就可以开始给予系统一个扰动,让系统自我调节,这样根据其调节时间,震荡幅度等来判断系统是否是符合要求的。我们可以利用plot这个功能模块来根据之前的结构框图和给定的扰动值画出控制系统的控制图形,并根据图形分析结果,给出结论。

Design of electromagnetic bias radial magnetic bearing

ABSTRACT

Active magnetic bearing (AMB) is generated by a magnetic field in the magnetic rotor is fixed in the air, without any contact of the rotor and the stator, so between them in the absence of friction. The working principle of magnetic levitation bearing let it has small friction, low noise, long life without lubricant, no oil and other advantages. The purpose of this paper is to introduce the principle of the magnetic bearing to the reader, and for electromagnetic bias radial magnetic bearing the hand for more in-depth research, making the designed bearing system performance to be more perfect, production costs can also declined.

In order to finish the design, we need to do a lot of work, here is a brief talk about the work we need to complete:

First of all, we need to understand some basic information of the magnetic bearings and the basic technical information, which requires us to access a large number of relevant information, to achieve the following purposes:

Know the application range of magnetic bearings;

To understand its position in the academic world;

Understanding of the development of magnetic bearings at home and abroad;

Understanding of the profound significance of the study of magnetic bearings.

Secondly, we have the mastery of the knowledge is derived for the magnetic bearing inside the material selection, bearing structure, the magnetic bearing groove, the relationship between the parameter of bearing of derivation and design, and by checking, to guarantee the correctness.

Finally, we use Simulink software of AMB control system simulation.Simulink is matlab a powerful function module. In this module, we can through the form of the drop-down menu, make the structure block diagram of the system is very convenient. When completed the structure diagram, we can start giving system a disturbance, and let the system self regulate, so according to the adjusting time, volatility and to judge whether the system is in line with the requirements of the. We can use to plot this function module according to the structure diagram and the given value perturbation of the draw control system The control graph of the system is analyzed, and the conclusion is given according to the results of graphic analysis.
