摘 要

本设计是关于南京明茂荣里项目1号楼施工组织设计的毕业设计，施工组织设计是对工程活动实行科学管理的重要手段，它具有战略部署和战术安排的双重作用。它体现了实现基本设计计划和设计的要求，提供了各阶段的施工准备工作内容，协调施工过程中各施工单位、各施工工种、各项资源之间的相互关系。本工程的施工组织设计主要内容包括工程概况、施工部署、施工准备、施工方案、项目施工进度计划、技术组织措施、资源计划、项目施工临时措施和现场平面图。通过对本工程进行施工组织设计，可以全面考虑拟建工程的各种具体施工条件，确定施工顺序、施工方法和劳动组织，合理地统筹安排拟定施工进度计划；为建设单位编制基本建设计划和施工企业编制施工工作计划及实施施工准备工作计划提供依据。因此无论是工程的施工进度，还是各分部分项工程的协调进行，都必须通过施工组织设计的编制，贯彻，检查和调整来实现。这充分体现了施工组织设计对施工企业的现代化管理的重要性。

The Construction Organization Design of Nanjing MingMaoRongLi Project in the No. 1 Building

Abstract

This design is a graduation design of Nanjing MingMaoRongLi Project on the 1st building construction organization design, construction organization design is implementation of an important means of scientific management of engineering activities. It has the dual role of both strategic and tactical arrangement. It reflects the realization of the basic design planning and design requirements, provides the stage of construction preparation work content, coordination of the construction process of the construction units, the construction of various types of work, the relationship between the various resources. The project construction organization design of the main content includes the general situation of the project, construction deployment, construction preparation, construction scheme, project construction schedule, technical and organizational measures, resource planning, project construction of temporary measures and site plan. Through the construction organization design of the engineering, comprehensive consideration of the proposed project specific construction condition, determine the construction sequence, construction method and the labor organization, reasonable overall arrangement progress plan of construction; construction units compiled basic construction plan and construction enterprises in the preparation of construction plans and the implementation of construction preparation work plan to provide a basis. Therefore, whether it is the project construction progress, or the coordination of the sub part of the project must be carried out through the construction organization design, implementation, inspection and adjustment to achieve. This fully reflects the importance of construction organization design to the construction enterprise's modern management.
