摘 要

随着社会发展，科技信步，社会信息化全面来临，社会信息化是现代发展的重要组成部分。信息是管理的基础，是进行决策的基本依据。信息作为一也有别于物质等其他的资源，其发展前景是巨大的。所以，信息化现在正在成为社会发展的主流。然而，信息需要进行控制和管理。现在社会的大学教务系统，也需要信息化，高效化。教室预约管理系统作为教务系统的一部分提供即时更新与浏览教室的信息的接口，能够收集存储这些信息，便于管理，能够提高工作效率。因此需要设计一个教师预约管理系统来处理高校预约信息，节省人力物力，便捷而又高效。

本文设计和开发了教室预约管理系统，系统采用JSP为编程语言，分为管理员和用户两个方面，管理员添加修改后台信息，用户可以登录系统来预约教室，

Design and Implementation of Classroom reservation management system based on Java

Abstract

With the development of the society, science and technology walking and the information society coming round, the information society is an important part of the development of modern. Information is the basis of management, is the basic basis for decision-making. Information is also different from other resources, such as material, and its development prospects are enormous. Therefore, information technology is becoming the mainstream of social development. However, information needs to be controlled and managed. The university academic affairs system of present society, also need information, high efficiency. As part of the educational administration system, the classroom reservation management system provides the interface to update the information of the classroom. It can collect and store the information, so it is easy to manage and improve the working efficiency. Therefore, it is needed to design a teacher appointment management system to deal with the reservation information, save manpower and material resources, and convenient and efficient.

This paper mainly introduces the room reservation management system, divided into two aspects of the administrator and users, the administrator to add modify the background information, the user can login system to make an appointment

第一章 绪论

1.1 课题背景

当今社会正在实现信息化，各行各业都已摒弃了繁琐的信息管理，实行现在信息管理。同样，高校的教务管理手段在这样的推动下，其系统功能也正在不断的更新与完善。因此，其中一项功能：网上预约教室，为了改善教室预约以前一直通过书面运作的落后境地，提高管理水平和效率，实现预约过程的计算机化和网络化，运用现代化的技术，可以轻松搞定教室预约所面临的一系列问题，从而加强了教务系统的高效性和规范性。

随着国家信息事业的飞速发展，教室预约需要大量的信息管理，再采用原来的人工方式的话，需要耗费很多人力物力，所以，必须使用现在IT管理技术来取代原来落后的局面。现在信息行业面临着来自各方面的挑战，包括外国同行业的竞争，因此，信息技术必须要改善工作环境，提高工作效率，因此，教室预约管理的信息化迫在眉睫。
