柴油HCCI发动机单区和多区模型的数值模拟毕业论文

摘 要
中国的经济自从邓小平爷爷实施改革开放以来就开启了不同的新篇章,特别是近几年来获得了突飞猛进的进步。在发展的过程中,汽车行业始终占据着十分重要的地位。如今,私家车已经普遍走进各个城市的家庭当中。这导致了传统石油能源遇到了前所未有的压力。同时内燃机的废气也每天都在加重对环境的污染。内燃机热效率的提高和废气的减排成为了当今亟待解决的难题。而在研究内燃机燃烧的过程中,数值模拟因其准确的计算结果和近乎没有消耗的经济性,越来越受到广大研究学者的注重。
本篇文章通过使用Chemkin软件包和多个子模型,来构成了用来研究探索HCCI发动机燃烧过程的单区模型以及多区模型。计算都是基于燃料的化学动力学原理。其中还将计算结果和试验结果进行了比较,得到了一些具有指导意见的数据。试验结果显示:进气温度对发动机的冷焰着火点发生的时刻和热焰着火点发生的时刻皆有十分重要的影响,进气压力对热焰着火点发生的时刻有一定量的影响,发动机的转速和压缩比对发动机的冷焰着火发生的时刻和热焰着火发生的时刻有影响,当量比对发动机的运行性能有重要影响,且在柴油HCCI发动机当中,多区模型的计算结果比单区模型的计算结果更贴合实际情况,而且可以知道内核心区域反应充分,外围区域由于温度低,反应不充分,易产生CO和HC等排放物。

Numerical simulation of HCCI diesel engine using single-zone and multi-zone model
Abstract
Since the implementation of reform and opening up, which was carried out by xiaoping Deng, China's economy has been developed by leaps and bounds. In the process of development, the automotive industry has always occupied a very important position. Today, private cars have generally entered the families of the various cities, which has led to the traditional oil energy problem encountered unprecedented pressure. At the same time, the exhaust gas of internal combustion engines is also increasing the daily pollution of the environment. The improvement of the thermal efficiency of the internal combustion engine and the reduction of the exhaust gas have become a difficult problem to be solved today. In the process of researching the combustion of internal combustion engines, numerical simulation is paid more and more attention by researchers because of its accurate calculation results and almost no consumption economy.
In this paper, a single-zone model and a multi-zone model for the HCCI engine combustion process were established by combining several sub-models with the Chemkin software package. The calculations are based on the chemical kinetics of fuel, during which the calculated results and test results were compared to get some guidance of the data. The results show that the intake air temperature has a very important influence on the cold flame of the engine and the ignition time of the hot flame. The inlet pressure has a certain influence on the ignition point of the thermal flame. The engine speed and compression ratio are different in the cold flame and hot flame of the engine. In the diesel HCCI engine, the calculation results of the multi-zone model are more realistic than those of the single-zone model, and the core region can be fully reacted and the peripheral area is fully low temperature, the reaction is not sufficient, easy to produce emissions of CO and HC.
