摘 要

澧县大汉新城6#住宅楼工程施工组织设计是本6#住宅楼工程施工的纲领性文件，主要内容包括工程主要情况、各专业设计简介、项目管理机构设置及职责分工、施工总体部署、施工准备、主要分部分项工程施工方法、工程质量保证措施、进度保证措施、安全及文明施工措施、施工现场管理措施以及项目的临时设施布置和现场平面图等。

本施工组织设计根据现场实际情况提出了具体的施工方案和进度计划保证措施，以期达到工期、质量、成本等各方面的目标。本项目遵照国家、行业和地区现行的有关法律、法规、建筑工程施工规范、规程、标准以及公司的技术管理制度、文件和各项承诺，在图纸会审之后，按照本施工组织设计确定的原则，进一步完善并细化各分项工程施工方案,确保本工程如期按时建成。
