摘 要

南京市溧水区乌山文化创意产业园第1#楼为中型商业建筑，一类高层建筑，第二类防雷建筑。建筑由地下1层（车库、设备用房等）、地上11层（商业出租用房等）组成，建筑面积12168.29平米，其中地下层2884.25平米，地上9284.04平米，建筑高度45.2米。本次设计包括配电系统设计、照明系统设计、火灾自动报警系统设计、防雷及接地系统设计。配电系统主要包括对各楼层配电箱进行配电，并选择干线回路的导线、断路器以及转换开关；针对配电需求选择供电方案，其中包括选择变压器和供电电源。照明系统包括一般照明和应急照明，一般照明进行了部分房间的设计，其他区域待二次装修时深化。火宅自动报警系统完成了平面图上的感烟、感温探测器等设备的布置，达到消防报警的基本要求，部分设备做到了联动控制。防雷及接地系统包括建筑物防雷基本措施，防雷击电磁脉冲基本措施以及接地设计。本次设计坚持坚持绿色建筑理念，并采取多种节能措施。

Electric Design of Building 1 # in Wushan Culture and Creative Industry Park, Lishui District, Nanjing

Abstract

Lishui District, Nanjing Wushan Cultural and Creative Industrial Park, the first floor of the building for the medium-sized commercial buildings, a class of high-rise buildings, the second category of mine construction. The building is composed of 12168.29 square meters of ground floor, including 2884.25 square meters of ground floor and 9284.04 square meters on the ground, with a building height of 45.2 meters. The building is divided into 11 floors (garage, equipment space, etc.) and 11 floors (commercial rental space, etc.). This design includes power distribution system design, lighting system design, fire automatic alarm system design, lightning protection and grounding system design. The distribution system mainly includes the power distribution of each floor distribution box, and select the trunk circuit of the wires, circuit breakers and switch; for power distribution needs to select the power supply program, including the choice of transformer and power supply. The lighting system includes general lighting and emergency lighting, the general lighting carried out part of the room design, other areas to be secondary decoration when deepened. Fire home automatic alarm system to complete the plan on the smoke, temperature detectors and other equipment layout, to meet the basic requirements of fire alarm, part of the equipment to do the linkage control. Lightning protection and grounding system, including the basic measures of building lightning protection, anti-lightning electromagnetic pulse basic measures and grounding design. This design adhere to the concept of green building, and take a variety of energy-saving measures.

第一章 概况

1.1 工程概况

本工程为南京市溧水区乌山文化创意产业园在建项目中的第1#楼电气设计，该单体建筑由地下1层（车库、设备用房等）、地上11层（商业出租用房等）组成，建筑面积12168.29平米，其中地下层2884.25平米，地上9284.04平米，建筑高度45.2米，建筑类型为商业建筑。根据建筑设计防火规范，一层到四层每层面积为1377平米大于1000平米为一类高层建筑。根据规范，按建筑面积分类，南京市溧水区乌山文化创意产业园第1#楼规模为中型商业，中型商业建筑的耐火等级为二级。根据建筑物防雷设计规范，对照防雷设计结果，此建筑为二类防雷建筑。
