摘 要

改革开放以来，我国经济迅速发展，人们生活水平越来越好，对生活质量的要求也越来越高。相应的在服装方面的要求也越来越高，同时在国家可持续发展战略的影响下，合成染料已经逐渐被人们拒绝，这就倒逼了天然染料的发展。本文就选取了其中一种天然染料——高粱红天然染料进行研究。

本论文主要研究讨论了高粱壳天然染料的提取工艺和它对丝绸织物的染色。先通过实验，确定高粱红提取的最实用方法。其次通过改变时间等参数，进行单因素实验。测它在280-700nm范围内的最大吸收波长及对应吸光度。再通过分析确定高粱红的最优提取工艺。最后，使用提取液，考虑pH值等参数，通过正交试验确定高粱红对丝绸的最佳染色工艺。

Extraction and Dyeing of Sorghum Red Natural Dye-stuffs

Abstract

Since the reform and opening up, China's rapid economic development, people's living standards are getting better and better, the quality of life requirements are getting higher and higher. The corresponding requirements in the clothing is also getting higher and higher, while the national sustainable development strategy under the influence of synthetic dyes have been gradually rejected, which forced the development of natural dyes. In this paper, we selected one of the natural dyes - sorghum red natural dyes for research.

This paper mainly discusses the extraction process of sorghum shell natural dyes and its dyeing of silk fabrics. First, through experiments, to determine the most practical method of sorghum red extraction. Followed by changing the time and other parameters, a single factor experiment. Measured in the range of 280-700nm maximum absorption wavelength and the corresponding absorbance. And then the optimal extraction process of sorghum red was determined by analysis. Finally, the optimal dyeing process of sorghum red on silk was determined by orthogonal test using the extract, taking into account the pH value and other parameters.
