摘 要

现如今，随着信息化时代的到来，数据库技术在更多的领域得到应用，为用户提供了便利。随着我国互联网时代来临和信息化进程加快，越来越多的票务系统出现，进而开发火车站售票系统是很有必要的。

本文第一章以绪论的形式简单介绍了项目开发的背景，项目开发的目的和项目开发的意义，在第二章则介绍了火车票销售管理系统的设计与开发的开发技术和环境，包括JSP编程技术、SQL Server 2000开源数据库的开发、JAVA语言概述、基于B/S的体系结构、运行环境和开发模式。除此之外，本文在第三章介绍了系统的软件需求，从使用对象、业务流程和可行性等方面进行了详细阐述，并列出了具体的用例图。在第四章总体设计部分，本文首先进行了数据流图分析，接着进行系统功能模块划分，最后是系统数据库的设计，具体罗列出了数据库的表。而在第五章中则是具体展示了系统的详细设计，从站点管理、座位类型、座位号、车次管理、车次站点、票价管理、放票管理、售票管理、退票管理、分析报表、权限管理这些具体的功能点界面进行了详细设计，具有良好的实用性。

根据以上几个阶段的分析和设计，该系统采用B/S结构，JSP作为开发平台，而数据库则采用Microsoft SQL Server 2000，完成系统的程序实施。本系统的设计实施为火车票售票系统的运行做基础，同时也为系统的开发提供一个参考模式，进一步推进了票务系统的信息化建设。

Abstract

Now, with the advent of the information age, database technology in more areas have been applied to provide users with a convenient. With China's popularization of Internet and informationization advancement speeding up, there will be more and more ticketing system, therefore the development a railway station ticketing system is necessary.

In the first chapter, the first chapter introduces the background of project development, the purpose of project development and the significance of project development in the form of introduction. In the second chapter, it introduces the development technology and environment of train ticket sales management system, including JSP Programming technology, SQL Server 2000 open source database development, JAVA language overview, B / S based on the architecture, operating environment and development model. In addition, this article in the third chapter describes the system software requirements, from the use of objects, business processes and feasibility, etc. were described in detail, and lists the specific use case diagram. In the fourth chapter of the overall design part, this paper first carried out the data flow diagram analysis, followed by the system function module division, and finally the system database design, specifically lists the database table. In the fifth chapter is the specific design of the system, from the site management, seat type, seat number, trips management, trips, ticket management, ticket management, ticket management, refund management, analysis reports, permissions Management of these specific function points interface for a detailed design, with good practicality.

According to the above stages of analysis and design, the system adopts B/S structure, JSP as development platform, database using Microsoft SQL Server 2000, completed system program implementation. This system design implementation of ticketing system for railway station, while doing basic operation for system development provides a reference model, and further promote the informationization construction ticketing system.

1.1项目开发的背景

当今世界是计算机普及的时代，计算机技术缩短的物理距离，便利了日常生活、生产和工作，管理信息化就成为了必然的趋势，计算机技术的进步推动了管理信息化的进程，信息化的管理可以使火车票销售的管理工作得到很大的优化，具体表现在可以大大加快管理处理的速度、安全性、规范性等方面，同时也大大减少了人力资源的浪费，不用人亲力亲为，这样做也可以减少操作的失误率，将资源分配到更合理的地方，这是现代化不断推进的必然表现。

二十一世纪是信息化的时代，身处这个时代的我们必然要被其影响，在生活工作的各个方面都有信息化的影子，其中电子自动化办公就是一大特色，由于它较其传统办公形式的突出优点而被越来越多的人接受和使用，电子自动化办公可以提高工作效率这是毋庸置疑的，在收集获取信息方面也有出彩的地方，同时网络相关技术的发展也在另一方面推动电子自动化办公的发展，为其提供进一步发展的可能性。本文设计的火车票销售管理系统就是典型的电子自动化办公的例子，致力于开发出功能完善的电子系统，基本完成对火车票销售的一般化管理。
