摘 要

本文主要参考城市公园、景观规划、生态保护相关设计理论，以盐城市响水湖公园为具体对象。前期通过实地调研了解场地及周边现状，查阅文献了解城市人文特色，分析响水湖公园的规划设计重心。设计之初确定公园的主题为生态公园、未来公园，将持续发展理念贯穿于设计之中，具体设计从公园的功能组织、空间划分、形式设计、文化特色等四个主要方面进行分析设计。在设计中具体分析遇到的问题，包括：水域面积较大、地形单一、生态功能不显著以及在借景过程中对现有湖泊的保护等问题，另外阐述具体的解决办法和设计亮点，介绍景观建筑的亮点。整体规划设计力求达到自然生态、城市发展、游客休憩的和谐。

Yancheng xiangshui lake park overall planning and design

Abstract

This paper mainly refers to the urban park, landscape planning, ecological protection related design theory, taking the xiangshui lake park in yancheng city as the specific object. In the early stage, the site and the surrounding situation were understood through field research, literature review was conducted to understand the city's cultural characteristics, and the planning and design focus of xiangshui lake park was analyzed. At the beginning of the design, the theme of the park was determined to be ecological park and future park, and the concept of sustainable development was throughout the design. The specific design was analyzed and designed from four main aspects, including the functional organization, spatial division, formal design and cultural characteristics of the park. The problems encountered in the design are specifically analyzed, including large water area, single terrain, insignificant ecological function and protection of existing lakes in the process of landscape borrowing, etc. In addition, the specific solutions and design highlights are elaborated, and the highlights of landscape architecture are introduced. The overall planning and design strives to achieve the harmony of natural ecology, urban development and tourists' rest.

第一章 课题背景

1.1自然环境分析

响水湖公园位于盐城市响水县响水湖，在城市规划上位于新老城区的交界处，周边被城市交通流线包围，同时也位于灌河支流的交汇处，与相邻的东鸣湖在蓄水、调节气候、维持生态稳定上有重要的作用。因为整个城市处于北亚热带气候向南暖温带气候过渡的地带，同时东面临近黄海，所以海洋调节作用显著。主要的特点为季风盛行，四季分明，雨水丰沛，雨热同季，日照充足[^[1]]。除此之外，盐城市有记录的自然灾害主要为地震、强冰雹、龙卷风，尤其是龙卷风灾害发生的非常频繁，最近的一次重大自然灾害发生在2016年，造成了99人死亡，846人死亡。由于这里的气候特点，在公园设计过程中需要重视防灾避险的作用。

响水湖公园的面积约为44公顷，其中水域面积约为21公顷，陆面面积约为23公顷，为响水县周边约60万人提供游玩、休憩、交谊的服务，功能设施还可以辐射周边多个城镇。公园的湖面宽阔且集中，周边紧靠住在区、商业区、创新园区，人们公园的需求也变得多样，所以响水湖公园的规划设计需要从生态保护、防灾避险、功能多样等三个主要方面考虑，满足人们对舒适的、高品质的生活的追求。
