摘 要

本文以南山智谷产业园施工总承包工程为案例编制施工组织设计。该工程地上34层，地下3层，建筑面积420435.88平方米，建筑高度147.2米。本次施工组织设计的编制遵循建筑工程建设的基本规律、施工工艺规律和经营管理规律，以及本次项目的特点、要求，制定科学合理的组织方案，施工方案，合理安排施工顺序和进度计划，充分有效地利用施工场地，优化配置和节约使用人力、物力、资金、技术等生产要素，协调各方面的工作，使经营科学有效，施工有计划、有节奏，能够保证质量、进度、安全、文明，取得良好的经济效益、社会效益和环境效益。

Construction organization design of the first phase project of Chaguang Industrial Park in Nanshan District

Abstract

This paper takes the general contracting project of Nanshan Zhigu Industrial Park as a case to compile the construction organization design. The project has 34 floors above ground and 3 floors below ground, with a building area of 420435.88 square meters and a building height of 147.2 meters. The compilation of this construction organization design follows the basic law of construction engineering construction, the law of construction technology and the law of operation and management, as well as the characteristics and requirements of this project, formulates scientific and reasonable organization scheme, construction scheme, reasonable arrangement of construction sequence and schedule, fully and effectively utilizes construction site, optimizes the allocation and economizes the use of manpower, material resources, funds and technology, etc. Production factors and coordination of all aspects of work, so that the operation of scientific and effective, planned and rhythmic construction, can ensure quality, progress, safety and civilization, and achieve good economic, social and environmental benefits.
