1 研究背景及目的意义二十世纪中叶以来，随着工业化的迅猛发展，越来越多的含氮化合物被排放到大气中，大气中的氮素沉降也呈快速增加的趋势。

大气氮沉降量不断增加将引起一系列生态问题，进而成为全球范围内研究的热点问题之一。

所谓氮沉降是指大气中的氮元素以含氮化合物的形式降落到陆地和水体的过程。
