摘 要

在文化和旅游业改革方面，文化和旅游业正在逐步融合在一起。 南京迈皋桥老街是二十世纪南京北部的主要道路。在过去的一个世纪中，该地区的历史和文化变迁已转变为民国结构的文化和商业路线。由于迈皋桥老街发展的局限性，其依托当地历史文化，通过旅游资源的空间整合，旅游要素的全球配置，以研究为主导，利益共享为保障，发扬陶行知文化精神，实行文化旅游一体化发展。本文主要探讨历史步行街的保护与更新。 首先，在定义和理解与研究对象相关的概念的基础上，探讨国际相关理论对历史街道保护与更新设计的影响。通过对比中国大陆境内外相关研究的分析，我们对这座城市历史悠久的商业街的景观设计有了深刻而清晰的理解。然后对山纳特赛罗市政厅、洛厄尔纺织厂、日本川越市一番街历史街、上海南京路商业街、南京夫子庙等进行简要分析，得到一些感悟和想法，并对其整理归纳得出经验教训，为之后的街道设计铺好道路。

The Deepening Design of the Theme Landscape of the Old Street in the Republic of China

Abstract

In terms of cultural tourism reform, cultural tourism is gradually integrating. Nanjing Mai Gaoqiao Old Street is the main road in northern Nanjing in the 20th century. In the past century, the historical and cultural changes in the region have been transformed into the cultural and commercial routes of the Republic of China structure. Due to the constraints of the development of Mai Gaoqiao Old Street, it relies on local history and culture, through the spatial integration of tourism resources and the global distribution of tourism elements, research is leading and sharing benefits, as a guarantee to spread Tao Xingzhi's cultural spirit and carry out cultural tourism . Integrated development. This article focuses on the protection and restoration of historic pedestrian streets. First, based on the definition and understanding of the relevant concepts of the research theme, the impact of relevant international theories on the protection and restoration of historical streets is discussed. By comparing relevant research and analysis in mainland China and abroad, we have a deep and clear understanding of the landscape design of the city's historic shopping street. Then a brief analysis of Sanat City Hall, Lowell Textile Factory, the historic Yifan Street, Kawagoe City, Japan, Shanghai Nanjing Road Shopping Street, Nanjing Confucius Temple, etc. was conducted to draw some insights and ideas and summarize them. they.
