摘 要

民国诞生的中西结合的建筑形式是国人不断学习、成长和研究的结果。民国建筑艺术在中国建筑史上独树一帜以及对未来的影响几代人。基于当时建筑设计技术和设计师对传统文化与西式文化的研究成果，本文从南京民国各地建筑内外修建改造的基本情况入手，检索资料，继续研究并理解南京民国建筑背景和现状。在迈皋桥民国历史街区的这些建筑在保护和改造过程中，不断完善建筑使用功能，使得能适应当代生活环境，而不是在社会发展中消亡。通过对基础资料的收集和分析，论证民国时期建筑的特征与性质点，阐述了南京民国时期街区的面貌、色彩、文化、材料和装饰等细节，总结迈皋桥民国时期历史街区建筑室内外改造以及装饰的理念、原则和策略。并评估最终重建结果和效果一起，接近它从理论的角度总结并进行了扩展。我们要继承和发扬南京的民国建筑风格，保持新旧建筑的外立面一致性，适应现代使用生活环境。

Research on the Interior and Exterior Reconstruction design of the Historical Block of Nanjing Republic of China

-- Taking The Maigao Bridge Block in Qixia District of Nanjing as an example

Abstract

The architectural form of Chinese and Western integration born in the Republic of China is the result of Chinese people's continuous learning, growth and research.The research on the architectural style of the Republic of Nanjing is based on the research on the architectural design technology and designers' attitude towards the traditional culture at that time. The architectural art of the Republic of Nanjing is unique in the history of Chinese architecture and its influence on the future generations.This paper starts with the basic situation of the construction and reconstruction of the buildings in and around the Republic of Nanjing, searches for information, and continues to study and understand the background and current situation of nanjing republic architecture.In the process of protection and renovation, these buildings in The Historical district of The Republic of China in Maigao Bridge have been constantly improving the use function of buildings, so as to integrate into the modern urban environment, rather than die out in the development.Based on the collection and analysis of basic data, this paper demonstrates the characteristics and nature of the buildings in the Republic of China period, expounds the features, colors, cultures, materials and decorations of the blocks in nanjing in the Republic of China period, and summarizes the concepts, principles and strategies of the interior and exterior renovation and decoration of the buildings in The historical blocks in Maigao Bridge in the Republic of China period.And evaluate the final reconstruction results and effects together, close to it from a theoretical perspective summarized and expanded.We should inherit and carry forward the architectural style of The Republic of China in Nanjing, maintain the harmony between old and new buildings, and adapt to the modern environment.
