摘 要

农业经济是中国建设发展过程中不可避免的话题，由于农业经济受外部条件影响较大，具有较强的脆弱性，农业保险的发展就显得极为重要。文章以江苏省农业发展为例，梳理分析近年来江苏省的农业保险政策和农业经济发展现状。通过搜集统计知网等数据库已有文献，搜集影响农户购买意愿的8个主要原因，梳理各因素之间的关系，利用Python软件编写代码分析，搭建结构解释模型，并以此为理论支撑提出政策意见。得出结论：从事生产年龄、受教育程度、种植规模及专业化程度、农业收入占家庭总收入比重、农户风险意识、对农业保险的认知和了解程度、对农业保险的满意程度、政府补贴力度和支持态度均在一定程度上影响农户的保险购买意愿，政府要提高农业保险的精准度、加大政府的扶持力度、学习发达国家成功经验、强化意识和改善服务。

Research on the Development of Agricultural Insurance Since the Founding of China——

Abstract

Agricultural economy is an inevitable topic in the process of China#39;s construction and development. Agricultural economy is greatly affected by external conditions and has strong vulnerabilities,thus, the development of agricultural insurance is extremely important. The article which takes the agricultural development of Jiangsu Province as an example, combs and analyzes the agricultural insurance policy and the current situation of agricultural economic development in Jiangsu Province in recent years. By collecting the existing literature in databases such as CNKI, eight main reasons that affect farmersrsquo; purchase intentions are collected. The relationship between the factors is sorted out by using Python software. The structure explanation model is built, and policies are proposed as theoretical support opinion. Draw conclusions: age engaged in production, education level, planting scale and degree of specialization, agricultural income as a percentage of total household income, farmersrsquo; risk awareness, awareness and understanding of agricultural insurance, satisfaction with agricultural insurance, government subsidies Both the strength and support attitude affect farmers#39; willingness to purchase insurance to a certain extent. The government must improve the accuracy of agricultural insurance, increase government support, learn from the successful experience of developed countries, strengthen awareness and improve services.
