摘 要：漆膜广泛应用于家居装饰及产品外观保护，漆膜的好坏直接影响整个产品的表面质量，而它的好与坏往往需要通过实验进行检测才能得知。随着新材料、新工艺、新技术、新品种的日益增多，漆膜的性能测试尤为当务之急。而漆膜表面的理化性能测试是检验产品质量时不可缺少的重要环节和必要手段之一，对提高产品质量具有积极作用。其中，漆膜的附着力是考核漆膜理化性能的重要指标之一，几乎是涂料性能检测的必备指标，漆膜附着力的好与坏会影响整个配套涂层的质量。因此，漆膜附着力测试方法的研究一直备受人们关注。本文通过划格法对松木、水曲柳、橡木、杨木、奥古曼等木材的漆膜附着力性能进行测试，试验将按照家具漆膜附着力测试标准来制备试件和设计试验流程，通过对试验数据的分析整合，将用现有标准测试方法测试得出的实验结果与用计算机识别系统判定得出的实验结果进行对比分析，在相同实验条件下且两者结果一致条件下，修正计算机识别系统，给出计算机识别系统下的附着力测试方法判别标准。

Study on Measuring Method of Furniture Paint Film Adhesion Based on Computer Identification System

Abstract：Paint film is widely used in home decoration and product appearance protection, the quality of paint film directly affects the surface quality of the whole product, and whether it is good or bad often need to be tested through experiments to know. With the increasing of new materials, new manufacturing process, new technology and new varieties, it is urgent to test the properties of paint film. The test of the physical and chemical properties of the film surface is an important link and one of the necessary means to test the quality of the product. The adhesion of paint film is one of the important indexes to evaluate the physical and chemical properties of paint film, and it is almost the necessary index to test the properties of paint film. Therefore, the study on the measurement method of film adhesion has been paid much attention. In this paper, the adhesion properties of Pine, Ash, Oak, poplar and Oguman are tested by the method of marking method, through the analysis and integration of the test data, the experimental results obtained by using the existing standard test methods are compared with those determined by the computer identification system, under the same experimental conditions and with the same results, the computer identification system is modified and the criterion of adhesion test method is given.

1 研究的目的及意义

众所周知，之所以要对家居产品进行涂饰，一是因为漆膜可以起到保护作用，二是漆膜可以起到装饰作用，增加产品的美观性。但是想要漆膜起到保护作用，首要前提就是漆膜与材料表面能够实现很好的结合。一般情况下，漆膜与材料表面能够实现很好的结合的产品即漆膜附着力好的产品，质量都较高，使用寿命也比较长，而漆膜附着力较差的产品表面漆膜容易脱裂、损坏，使用寿命也比较短。所以想制造出质量好、经久耐用的产品，在产品本身的质量已经过关的情况下，提高产品漆膜的附着力能够有效地提高产品的使用寿命。这样一来，进行漆膜附着力测试显得尤为重要，使用精准的、简便的漆膜附着力测试方法自然也是人们所需要的。
