移动视频监控系统的设计与实现毕业论文

摘 要
随着中国3G移动通信技术的不断发展和完善,对应用领域逐渐趋向高达2MHz的带宽,特别适合于无线视频传输,这将为无线视频监控更有力的支持,移动通信技术的发展能够有效促进视频移动集成监控通信系统的应用,视频监控模式也将受益于网络化的数字监控,并且从有线到无线网络的视频监控进行转变,从而可以随时随地移动视频监控业务利用高带宽的无线接入,并且在任何地方实时上传图像,在任何位置从远处接收图像,实现与固定网络的视频监控系统的集成。
本文对移动视频监控系统的相关技术进行了研究,提出一种在固定网络视频监控平台的基础上提供无线视频监控服务的方案,并给出流媒体服务器和客户端的详细实现过程。该系统采用了H.264视频编码技术,通过对移动流媒体传输控制和手机客户端软件的研究和设计,最终实现了移动通信网络的无线视频监控。
论文首先介绍了移动视频监控系统的相关技术,对流媒体技术,移动流媒体传输协议和视频编码技术进行了分析;其次对系统进行了详细的需求分析,包括系统的总体需求和功能需求,以及性能和安全上的需求;然后根据系统需求分析提出了移动视频监控系统的总体架构,并且对流媒体服务器、移动监控客户端、以及移动视频监控的QoS的设计方案进行了重点研究;接着论文分别讨论了系统的RTP/RTCP协议、移动流媒体编解码、以及移动监控客户端解码器的实现方法,并作了详细描述。最后论文对移动视频监控系统中的流媒体服务器和手机客户端进行了测试和结果分析,验证了移动视频监控系统设计方案的可靠性和可行性。

Abstract
With the continuous development of Chinese 3G mobile communication technology and perfect, to the application domain gradually up to 2MHz bandwidth, especially suitable for wireless video transmission, the wireless video surveillance more powerful support, application and development of mobile communication technology can effectively promote the integration of mobile video monitoring communication system, video monitoring mode will also benefit from the monitoring on the network digital video surveillance, and from wired to wireless network transformation, which can whenever and wherever possible mobile video monitoring service using high bandwidth wireless access, and upload anywhere in the real time image, receives the image from a distance at any position, realize the integration with the fixed network video monitoring system.
In this paper, the relevant technology of mobile video surveillance system has been studied, proposed a wireless video monitoring service infixed network video monitoring platform based on the scheme, a detailed implementation process and give the streaming media server and client. The system uses the H.264video coding technology, there search and design of mobile streaming media transmission control and mobile phone client software, realized the wireless video surveillance of mobile communication network.
This paper first introduces the related technology of mobile video surveillance system, the convection media technology, mobile streaming media transmission protocol and video coding technology is analyzed; secondly, the detailed demand analysis to the system, including the overall demand and the functional requirements of the system, and the performance and safety requirements; then according to the system demand analysis and puts forward the overall the architecture of mobile video surveillance system, and the streaming media server, mobile monitoring client, and mobile video monitoring of QoS design are studied; then the paper discussed the implementation method of RTP/RTCP protocol, mobile streaming media encoding and decoding, and mobile monitoring client decoder, and are described in detail. Finally the media server and the mobile phone client in mobile video surveillance system is tested and analyzed, verified the reliability and feasibility of the design scheme of mobile video surveillance system.
