摘 要

建设地点位于厦门，结构为钢筋混凝框架结构，层数为五层，名为万达常青花园小区办公楼，4200m2左右的建筑面积，基本风压0.30kN/m，基本雪压0.30kN/m，建筑高度为18.8m。对其结构和建筑部分进行设计。对于其建筑要求，我们展开了对其平、立、剖的三方面的设计。结构设计方面，主要进行了结构布置及选型、荷载计算、内力计算、内力组合、按最不利内力进行各杆件配筋计算、基础、楼梯计算，和楼面板、屋面板、梁柱的计算。

Abstract

Construction site is located in xiamen，The structure of reinforced concrete frame structure,layers of five layers ,called wanda evergreen garden district office buildings, construction area of about 4200 m2, the basic wind pressure of 0.30 kN/m, basic snow pressure of 0.30 kN/m, building height of 18.8 m. The structure and construction parts design. The design project of building design, has carried on the three aspects of the structure of the flat, vertical, profile control design. Structure design, the structure arrangement and type selection, load calculation, internal force calculation and internal force combination, each bar reinforcement according to the most adverse internal force calculation, foundation, stair, and floor panel, roof panel, the calculation of beams.

第1章设计概要

1. 工程名称：厦门万达常青花园小区办公楼
2. 工程概况：平面尺寸15m×56m=840m2,5层，每层层高3.6m，室内外高差为0.6m，设置3为走廊宽度，要求50年使用年限，二级耐火等级，地基基础设计等级为乙级，三级屋面防水等级，二级结构安全等级，二级的抗震设防为，不上人屋面。
3. 基本风压：w0=0.3KN/m2。地面粗糙度B类。
4. 基本雪压：S0=0.3KN/m2.
5. 8度的抗震设防烈度，场地类别为II类，设计地震分组为第三组，设计基本地震加速度值为0.20。
