摘 要

随着科学技术的发展，建筑法规的健全，中国的建筑业正在朝着规范化的方向发展，招标与投标在这个工程总扮演着重要的角色。

通过对建筑工程上的招投标情况的了解，经研究指定工程施工的图纸、合同条件、说明书和建筑工程量清单之后，对工程的特点、重点、难点以及解决的方法与途径进行编制，其次保证对工程方案全面性、先进性、可操作性及系统框图的正确性，最后使性价比达到最优，设备清单完整及报价最合理。

本投标文件是依据招标文件、相关规范及法规等文件，运用广联达计价软件辅助完成的。全文共分三部分：

第一部分为投标函部分，通过对施工合同的了解，主要约定了投标的预付款、误期赔偿金额等价格和施工工期，以及委托书的编写。

第二部分为投标书商务标部分，主要对工程价格的汇总，包括工程总价表、单位工程汇总表、分部分项工程量清单计价表、其它项目表、措施费项目表、规费计价表。

第三部分为技术标部分，主要写了工程概况、施工部署、劳动力和机械设备进场安排计划、施工工期计划，绘制横道图、平面图，以及文明施工、和雨季的施工的措施等。技术标是对本项目的施工组织设计，以及该项目的管理机构的设置
