摘 要

随着电子商务的飞速发展，网购市场急剧扩张，使得城市末端配送难得问题凸显出来，并且在一些大的城市格外的突出。电子商务环境下，快递企业各自为政，缺乏合作，导致了配送车辆资源浪费、城市拥堵、物流成本高、配送效率低下等一系列问题。因此，有必要研究城市的共同配送，本文就着眼于现状，重点探讨了基于共同配送的武汉市快速配送系统网络选址设计问题。

本文首先探讨国内外学者对电商与物流、城市物流共同配送、电商环境下物流模式等问题的研究。然后，重点分析了武汉市城市快速物流现状、问题以及具体的“三级”配送体系。综合考虑了电子商务物流特点和武汉市城市现状，设计了城市末端配送站点的0-1混合整数规划模型，并且引用了相关算例，应用LINGO计算软件求解模型，最终得到了网络的选址-配送的可靠性结果。本文对城市“最后一公里”配送难问题的研究提出了可行的方法，对整合城市配送末端资源、提高配送效率和服务水平有实际意义。

Abstract

With the rapid development of e-commerce, the rapid expansion of online shopping market, the city end of the distribution of rare issues have been highlighted especially in some big cities . Under the e-commerce environment, express are in their own way and lack of cooperation, resulting in a waste of resources and distribution of vehicles, urban congestion, high logistics costs, low distribution efficiency and a series of problems. Therefore, it is necessary to study the joint distribution of the city, this paper focuses on the status quo, the common distribution of Wuhan City and the rapid distribution system network design problem.

This paper first discusses the domestic and foreign scholars on electricity suppliers and logistics, urban logistics co-distribution, logistics mode and other issues in the business environment. Then, it analyzes the current situation, problems and the specific "three class" distribution system of Wuhan city. Considering the characteristics of e-commerce logistics and the current situation of Wuhan City, city end of the delivery site of 0-1 mixed integer programming model is designed, and cited examples, using LINGO software to solve the model. Finally, the location distribution in the reliability of the network. This paper puts forward a feasible method to study the problem of distribution of the last mile in the city, which is of practical significance to integrate the terminal resources and improve the distribution efficiency and service level.

最近几年，电子商务得到了快速的发展，随着网购变的十分的流行，快递业的发展空间变的非常宽广。物流的概念进入我国还属于比较晚的，现在我国的物流业发展仍然是跟着欧美等发达国家的步伐。由于快递企业出现配送效率低、物流成本高、响应速度慢等问题使得现有的物流系统难以服务高速发展的电子商务。城市的配送问题也渐渐凸显出来，物流己然成为电商企业发展的“拦路虎”。面对目前的状况，分析了现有的城市配送的基础上，深入的研究了电子商务环境下城市末端配送站点的选址问题。

经济的快速增长、科技的不断革新使得人民的生活质量不断提高，同时也让人们的网购需求飞速增长，电商物流需求发展迅猛，并且最近几年电商的快速发展也带动了快递业的蓬勃发展。但是，现有的城市配送体系难以满足电商环境下对城市配送的要求。很多研究物流问题的学者指出，由于现有的城市配送的混乱导致城市出现了很多问题，这些问题也严重的妨碍了城市经济的发展^[1]。主要的问题包括：环境污染、城市拥堵、噪音污染、资源大量浪费等。各个电商企业和快递企业之间的合作匮乏，信息沟通不畅，末端的网点重复布局尤为严重，无行中增加了社会的负担。使得我国的社会物流占GDP总额的百分比比一些发达国家要高出许多。
