摘 要

从21世纪以来企业信息的化趋势看，企业的商品进出库管理开始趋向信息化、网络化和高度集成化。商品进出库管理已近成为企业信息化的一部分，也是现代的企业的重要部分，更是现代的企业的发展所必须的。因为计算机技术的快速发展，国外的很多大型的企业的也开始在我国发展，而我国的企业也应该跟上时代发展的脚步，这就使得商品进出口管理渐渐成为了现代的企业核心。现代企业应该利用商品进出库管理技术，开发新的库存管理系统，这样才可以在激烈的市场竞争中占据到主动地位。 

本文主要是商品进出库管理系统所必须的一些基本要实现的功能以及大概的组成情况进行分析和设计，分析系统的需求、系统的组成结构等，设计系统的功能模块以及数据库等，对这个系统的程序的开发实现部分进行了介绍。对于商品的管理应该要求系统数据于商品的实际数据保持一致，系统的功能要尽可能的完备，要符合作为一个管理系统(MIS)该有的要求。介绍了一下使用JSP环境来进行编程和SQLSERVER数据库系统的一些特有的功能特点，总的来说拥有一个适合于企业的商品进出库管理系统是每一个企业所不可缺少的。

ABSTRACT

Enterprise information from the trend of the 21st century, the companies tend to expand the goods out of the library information management, networking, and high integration. Goods out of the library has almost become part of the corporate information management, is an important part of modern business, the development of modern enterprises is necessary. Due to the rapid development of computer technology, many large foreign companies have started to develop at the same time China, Chinese enterprises should keep up with the pace of development, which makes the merchandise import and export management gradually become the core of modern enterprises. Modern enterprises should take advantage of the goods and a database management technology, the development of new inventory management system, so that it can take the initiative to occupy the fierce competition in the market place.

The main purpose of this paper is the commodity import library management system, to achieve the basic functions, analysis and design, system requirements, system structure, function modules and database system design, system development process analysis, the general composition realization part are introduced. For goods should be required to maintain consistency in the management of the system data on the actual data of the product, the function of the system should be as complete as possible to meet the requirements of the management system (MIS). Use some of the special features of the JSP programming environment and Server SQL database system, there is generally a suitable enterprise's goods import and export management system is essential for each enterprise is introduced in this paper.

第1章 绪论

1.1 研究意义和目的

在最近几年，现代的管理业发展的很快。但我国现代库存管理业还在起步的阶段，有着许多紧迫问题，而且企业的库存管理信息化的程度很低，在物流过程中互联互通不容易实现。

都说兵马未出，粮草先行。在古代的时候行兵和打仗，物资的准备和管理问题往往就是最先需要考虑到的。商品管理事实上很麻烦，因为商品种类及数量会是大量的数据，如果用人工来做这些事情，是很难完成的。所以企业都开始使用电脑来管理企业的商品库存问题。一个企业需要进行管理的东西有很多，但是对于商品的库存管理来说总是企业一切的工作中的重点，所以说一个企业是否可以成功的关键就在于如何有效的管理企业所库存的商品。为了可以快速有效的管理商品，有很多的公司就会选择把企业所有的相关商品的数据输入到计算机数据库管理系统里面，这时候企业的员工就可以随时的对该系统里面的这些数据进行有效的操作管理了，通过系统的统计和分析及时的得到自己想要知道关于某一个或是多个商品的各种有用的信息。
