摘 要

二十一世纪以来，电商行业蓬勃发展，商场购物不再是人们消费的唯一方式，在网络发达的今天，我们不用走出家门就能买到我们想要的一切，比如衣服，食品，生活用品等。与此同时，快递行业也和电商一起爆发出了强大的生命力。各行各业都想要分一杯羹。快递的速度成为了衡量快递好坏的一个重要指标，但欲速则不达。因为人工分拣也产生了一些暴力分拣现象。为了改善这种环境，替代人工分拣的自动分拣技术就显得尤为重要了。

本文设计了一个快递流水线自动快递分拣系统，其主要功能包括图像采集，图像去噪，失真还原，二维码信息识别。自动分拣系统包含了传送带，CCD高分辨率工业相机用来拍摄并截取图像。针对拍摄过程中，如何捕捉快递箱的位置的问题，本文使用了两种方法。一种是采用背景差分的方式获取图像信息，此方法获取的图像效果更优秀，但这种方式对设备要求较高。由于资金有限，本文选择用普通相机拍摄，利用设置阈值来进行图像分割，获取快递箱的位置信息。针对拍摄时快递的位置可能不同，拍摄角度的不同的问题。本文采用边缘检测后利用harris算子进行角点检测，再对角点进行筛选，然后进行透视变换获取正视图。最后进行二维码识别。

通过多次调试与参数选择，本系统实现了图像自动去噪，阈值分割提取目标，边缘检测，失真还原，透视变换，最终实现了多角度的快递箱二维码识别，成功读取快递单上二维码的相关信息。

Abstract

In recent years, with the vigorous development of the e-commerce industry, shopping in shopping malls is no longer the only way for people to spend. With today's advanced networks, we can buy clothes, food, daily necessities, etc., without leaving home. At the same time, the express delivery industry has also erupted with a strong vitality with e-commerce. All walks of life want a share. The speed of express delivery has become an important indicator to measure the quality of express delivery, but the speed is not up to speed. Because of manual sorting, some violent sorting phenomena have also occurred. To improve this environment, the automatic sorting technology that replaces manual sorting is particularly important.
This article designed a express express automatic express sorting system. Its main functions include image acquisition, image denoising, distortion reduction, and two-dimensional code information identification. The automatic sorting system includes a conveyor belt, and CCD high-resolution industrial cameras are used to capture and capture images. For the shooting process, how to capture the position of the courier box, this article uses two methods. One method is to use the background difference method to obtain image information. This method obtains better image effects, but this method requires higher equipment. Due to the limited funds, this article chooses to shoot with a normal camera, uses the set threshold to segment the image, and obtains the location information of the courier box. The location of the courier may vary from shooting to shooting, and the shooting angle may vary. In this paper, after the edge detection, the harris operator is used to perform corner detection, then the corner points are selected, and then the perspective transformation is performed to obtain the front view. Last two-dimensional code identification.
Through continuous debugging and parameter selection, the system implements automatic image denoising, threshold segmentation and extraction of targets, edge detection, distortion reduction, and perspective transformation, and ultimately achieves multi-angle courier box two-dimensional code recognition, and successfully reads express orders. 1.1 课题研究背景与意义

伴随着电商崛起的快递产业，实际上是物流产业的一个分支，集中体现了物流的技术水平。国家邮政局在去年二月十三日颁布了《快递业发展“十三五”规划》，规划中指出要在2020建成全国覆盖，国际连通的服务网络。

在2017年的党的十九大报告中也指出，我国经济已由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段，现在正处于改善发展方式，优化经济结构，转化增长动力的攻关期，在中高端消费，引领创新，绿色低碳，共享竞技，现代供应链，人力资本等领域培育新增长点，形成新动能^[1]。习总书记还指出：“要加强水利，铁路，公路，水运，航空，管道，电网，信息，物流等基础设施网络建设”。作为现代服务业重要组成部分和物流领域未来方向的快递行业也必将从中受益^[2]。国家对快递行业的规范提出了新的要求，这将促进快递行业以提高质量和效率为核心来加快发展。

我国的快递行业诞生较晚，始于上世纪七八十年代。伴随着近年来电子商务的发展，越来越多的人选择网上购物，这使得我国的快递行业火热了起来。所有人都想挤进这个行业分一杯羹。进入2014年后，中国成为了全世界快递成交数量最大的国家。近年来，在“一带一路”的带领下，我国的快递行业如火如荼，取得了很大的进步和发展，服务质量明显提高。
