摘 要

随着国家经济的快速发展，城市化进程的日益加快，城市居民的生活人口和居住密度的逐渐增大，类似于社区公园的公共开放空间显得越来越重要，甚至已成为人们生活品质的评价标准。市民与自然的距离变的越来越远了，前往大型综合公园的次数和时间也越来越少了，居民的活动场地和交流空间也在日渐缩小。人们渴望与自然进行交流，并且需要有一定活动空间和相关设施的绿地。

目前，社区公园的建设已经在全国范围内掀起了一股浪潮，而武汉则成为了实践的先行者。自2012年来，湖北省武汉市的园博园、东湖绿道等让市民惊艳。现代化是我国城市发展的目标，国际化是一种开放创新的思维，生态化是一个基本的前提，生态化是对于大武汉复兴的关键。尽管现今已经有了一定的基础，创建了国家森林城市、国家园林城市，今后，在这个基础上，武汉将落实生态化大武汉的目标，努力打造国内外知名的滨水生态绿城，以及全国一流的园林城市。本文主要研究了社区公园的宗旨正是为了让人们接近自然，提升社区居民的生活质量。然而社区居民拥有不同的游憩需求和偏好特征，不同的年龄分布和活动时间。

研究结果表明建设针对不同人群的社区公园，提升社区公园的社会服务性，营造更舒适的公园环境，使社区公园更加贴合居民的生活规律和环境需求，成为社区公园发展的首要目标。另外，社区公园对美化城市面貌、平衡生态环境、净化大气、调节气候等各方面都有重要的作用。

Abstract

With the rapid development of the national economy, the process of urbanization is accelerating.The living population and living density of urban residents gradually increase, similar to the public park open space is becoming more and more important.And even has become the evaluation of people's quality of life standard. People are eager to communicate with nature, and need to have a certain activity space and related facilities

At present, the construction of community parks has been set off a nationwide wave.And Wuhan has become a pioneer in practice. Since 2012, Wuhan City, Hubei Province, Park Garden, East Lake Green Road, so that the public stunning. Modernization is the goal of urban development in China. Internationalization is an open and innovative thinking. Ecology is a basic prerequisite. Ecology is the key to the revival of Wuhan. Although today has a certain foundation, the creation of a national forest city, the national garden city, in the future, on this basis, Wuhan will implement the goal of ecological large Wuhan, and strive to build well-known waterfront green city at home and abroad, and the national first-class Of the garden city. This paper mainly studies the purpose of community park is to let people close to nature, enhance the quality of life of community residents. However, community residents have different recreational needs and preferences, different age distribution and activity time.

The results show that the construction of community parks for different groups of people, to enhance the social services of community parks, to create a more comfortable park environment, community parks more in line with the residents of the law of life and environmental needs, community park development as the primary goal. 1.1研究的背景和现状

1.1.1研究的背景

社区是城市最重要的构成因素之一，作为城市居民赖以生存的区域，不但承担着培养城市居民对共同生存空间情感体验的内在精神功能，也肩负着提供其生活服务和消费的物质功能。而社区公园便成为连接和服务区域群众的必备公共场所，其功能不仅在于创建完整的提供居民物质生活的系统，更兼具着支持居民情感交流和精神沟通的生活空间。

1.1.2研究的现状

随着国家的飞速发展，居民要求的生活环境质量也逐渐上升，城市公园便突显出了它在城市生活中所扮演的重要地位。城市公园经常被称为钢筋混凝土沙漠中的“绿地”，其较小尺度的表现形式便是社区公园。虽然社区公园占地面积不大，但是通过对其功能的完善，满足了人们对其的需求。虽然在尺度上无法与城市公园相比较，但社区公园在组成要素和功能分区上却一点不比大型城市公园简易。常规的社区公园主要包含绿地及其植物系统、公共活动与集散空间、休憩与运动设施、儿童娱乐区等。然而当代社区公园也有一些不容忽视的问题，比如说社区公园的景观明显缺乏特色，虽然已建成的社区公园景观越来越精致，但是并没有足够的独特之处，“千园一面”现象还是较为普遍的。
