摘 要

近些年随着经济水平的提高，人们对人居环境、生活质量的重视，以及感受自然亲近自然的要求和交通便利水平也日益提高，许多别墅洋房等景观项目在许多城市的边缘应势而生。别墅庭院景观，既是别墅项目的一部分同时也是别墅醒目关注的重点，更是别墅区别与一般住宅的重要因素之一。人们对人居环境的重视的同时对别墅庭院的要求也越来越高，越来越精细。别墅庭院不仅仅是作为别墅建筑的附属部分满足视觉美学上的享受和充当外部条件的资本。别墅庭院更多的是要满足业主对庭院空间的舒适性和各种功能的要求。

随着人们对生活品质的重视，别墅不在单单只具备居住功能，人们对别墅的需求也从单一性变成追求多重功能性、人文性等多方位的转变。在这种转变下别墅庭院的设计也从以往的绚丽、豪华的装饰进步到了更高的生活品质的追求，别墅庭院也不再只是别墅建筑的附属品，但仍然存在着许多问题，在满足使用者安全、居住等方面的需求的同时忽视了庭院景观的生态性和可持续性，造成了后续别墅庭院维护成本过高和各种不方便，而在某些设计中同时也忽视了庭院的功能性需求。

本文以别墅庭院景观的产生和发展为知识背景,根据对庭院景观设计和现代山水式别墅庭院设计方法的概念理解, 系统的加以提炼、总结,并运用自己所学的知识,以山水为主题并在现代山水式别墅庭院设计方法的指导下，结合设计用地当地的区位因素、景观因素，从景观空间以及“山水”设计因素等方面出发完成并设计出具有特色的现代山水式别墅庭院景观实例设计，注重庭院景观的功能性、生态型和可持续性进而满足使用者的心理、物质等多层次对别墅庭院的需求。

Abstract

In recent years, with the improvement of the economic level,people's attention to human settlements and the quality of life, as well as the requirements of natural and intimate nature, and the level of transport facilitation are also increasing,many villas, villas and other landscape projects on the edge of many cities homeopathy construction.People attach importance to the human settlements, while the requirements of villas and courtyards are getting higher and higher, and more and more sophisticated.The villa is not only a subsidiary part of the villa architecture, but also satisfies the enjoyment of the visual aesthetics as well as the capital of external conditions.Villa, courtyard, more is to meet the owners of the courtyard space comfort and various functional requirements.

With people's attention to the quality of life, villa is not only with living function, people's demand for villas has also changed from singleness to the pursuit of multiple functions, humanity and other multiple faceted changes.In this transition design garden from the past gorgeous and luxurious decoration progress to a higher quality of life pursuit, the courtyard is no longer just accessories, but there are still many problems, to meet user's safety, housing and other aspects of demand and ignore the ecological garden landscape and sustainability. Caused the subsequent maintenance costs are too high and all kinds of garden is not convenient, but in some designs also ignores the functional requirements of the courtyard.

1.1研究的背景和现状

近些年随着经济水平的提高，人们对人居环境、生活质量的重视，以及感受自然、亲近自然的要求和交通便利水平也日益提高，许多别墅洋房等景观项目在许多城市边缘顺势而生。随着人们对人居环境的重视的同时对别墅庭院的要求也越来越高，越来越精细。别墅庭院不再仅仅是作为别墅建筑的附属部分，满足视觉美学上的享受和充当外部条件的资本。别墅庭院更多的是要满足业主对庭院空间的舒适性和各种功能的要求。同时随着近些年别墅市场的逐渐成熟，别墅庭院设计的的品质同样也是成为了衡量别墅品质的重要一点。

设计区现状：

祥源湾别墅区位于湖北省十堰市郧阳区。是一块以山、水、森林、坡地为主题打造出的城市稀有别墅区。

祥源湾项目区域东接郧阳区汉江大桥，链接十堰三大高速路、毗邻西武高铁、武当山机场以约20分钟的车程，周围有209国道，十漫高速，郧十一级路等交通路线，交通十分便利。

项目区域周围有郧阳区实验中学，郧阳区实验小学，郧阳区第一中学三所学校，该地在南水北调工程建成后形成四面环水的天然小岛，岛上自然植被丰富，原生坡地的自然 高差形成错落的建筑群落，带来丰富的生态天际线，且丹江口水库水质较好是国家一级水源保护区，自然景观资源较好。
