静电纺丝法是常见的纳米纤维敷料制备方法之一,其纳米结构可以仿生天然细胞外基质。

目前,大多敷料机械强度低,且抗菌性能差,不能满足实际使用需求。

本课题利用良好的生物可降解性、生物相容性和良好机械强度的聚己内酯,与具有抗菌性的聚赖氨酸天然高分子,通过调节比例制备具有良好机械性能的抗菌纳米纤维敷料。
