摘 要

毕业设计选定的主题为小区废旧衣物回收箱造型设计。废旧衣物回收箱主要用来放置废旧衣物，政府政策的支持与鼓励，全社会的环保意识，都在思考着该给旧衣物找个好去处。目前市场上的回收箱是新型产业，在使用中存在诸多问题。

现有的回收箱存在高度上使用不方便，功能得不到满足的问题，通过产品系统设计的方法，对回收箱展开深入调研，包括市场调研、技术调研、用户调研、造型调研、人机环境调研、相关法律法规调研，从而确定设计定位；其次，在产品设计定位的基础上，通过草图的方式构思多款方案，通过分析，最终确定方案，进行效果图、结构图、三维建模和模型制作等设计工作；最后，就设计出来的产品方案再进行材料与工艺分析、人机环境分析、价值工程分析等一系列设计工作，以验证课题设计的科学性和合理性。通过对回收箱的造型设计，可以完善产品的实用功能，也可以提升产品的附加价值。

针对回收箱的使用目的及使用环境，最终设计的回收箱从造型与配色上作了充足的考虑，增加产品的科技含量，在尺寸上，人机界面设计上做了设计，符合人机尺寸，解决回收信息得不到反馈等功能问题。

THE DESIGN OF Recycling box for old clothes

ABSTRACT

The graduation project selected theme for the District waste recycling box design, waste recycling bins in recent years, a new kind of rubbish bins, mainly used to place the waste. With the government support and encouragement, the whole society environmental awareness, and are seeking to find a good place to put the old clothes. Now recycling box is a new industry, there are many problems when we use it.

Through the method of product system design, first of all, the band saw an in-depth research, including market research, technology research, user research, model research, the man-machine environment research, survey of relevant laws and regulations, and to determine the design positioning; Second, in product design positioning, on the basis of many solutions on the idea sketch way, through the analysis and integration, ultimately determine the more perfect scheme, modeling, structure, 3 d rendering and model design work; Finally, it designed product solutions for material and process analysis, human-computer environment analysis, value engineering analysis and a series of design work, to verify the scientificity and the rationality of the design this project. Through to the emergency breathing machine design, perfect products and practical function, improve product added value.

According to the purpose and environment,the design of recycling bins from the shape and color of the adequate consideration, increase the product of scientific and technological content,close to the use of demand.
