摘 要

受常州市久虹医疗器械有限公司委托，针对医疗过程中使用到的一次性注射器，在现有的形态上，探讨更深入的设计可能。

前期的产品调研，中期的造型设计以及最后的设计评估组成本次课程研究。首先，通过既定的六个调研方向在网络杂志上收集资料，对用户群体做出分析，由此产生市场的初步定位以及设计总方向。

中期进行造型的创新，经过反复考量，形成2-3个方向的一期草图；对既定方向方案，进行演绎、细化，选定1-2个方案；对二期选定方案在造型，功能结构各方面平衡之后，形成最终方案。

围绕最终方案进行建模、渲染、确定方案的配色、研究拟定的材料及其工艺是否满足生产的要求并且核算成本做出报价等工作。

产品设计把用户分成两部分进行调研，从改善人机关系的角度出发，在经济性原则的基础上充分考虑到一次性注射器手持部分的各处细节，更加贴合手部形态的造型配合色彩，同时，通过一定的形态语言引导用户进行合乎操作习惯的动作，以达到从视觉触觉及心理三方面提升用户体验的效果。

Abstract

As entrusted by Changzhou Jiuhong Medical Devices Co., Ltd., the disposable syringes used in the medical treatment process are explored in the existing form for more in-depth design possibilities.

The previous product research, mid-term design and final design assessment form this course study. First of all, through the six research directions established in the collection of data in online magazines to analyze the user groups, resulting in the initial positioning of the market and the overall design direction.

The innovation of modeling in the mid-term, after repeated consideration, forms a draft of 2-3 directions for the first phase; interprets and refines the plan for the given direction and selects 1-2 projects; After all aspects of the structure are balanced, a final plan is formed.

The process of modeling, rendering, determining the color scheme of the scheme, the materials and processes for the research and development of the final scheme to meet the production requirements, and accounting costs for making quotation.

The product design divides the user into two parts for investigation. From the perspective of improving the human-computer relationship, the details of the hand-held part of the disposable syringe are fully taken into account on the basis of economic principles, and the shape of the hand is more closely matched with the color of the model. At the same time, through a certain form language to guide the user to follow the operation habits in order to achieve the effect of improving the user experience from the three aspects of visual touch and psychological.
