摘 要

受新型冠状病毒疫情影响，各地医用物资告急，医院床位供不应求。武汉市为缓解患者收治压力，紧急建设数十处方舱医院投入使用。但在战争以及抗震救灾过程中大放异彩的传统式方舱医院并不能完全满足特殊疫情的需求，被隔离在方舱医院的非重症患者的居住环境及心理状态广受社会各界关注。传染性疾病的处理同外伤的紧急处理有着很大的区别，因此需要对医护人员及患者的需求进行分析，研究受新冠病毒感染的肺炎患者的治疗及隔离方式，针对医疗方舱的部分治疗、生活等模块进行改进，以达到更好的治疗效果。

本选题要求明确了解新型冠状病毒的传播途径及预防措施，了解现阶段针对患者的救治及隔离方式，在沉浸式场景构建的理念下，通过深入具体的用户研究方法，挖掘医护人员及患者对隔离、救治的具体需求，进一步完成医疗方舱中传染病特诊与隔离收治单元的设计需求及体验痛点研究。

Abstract

Affected by COVID-19 epidemic , medical supplies in various places are in urgent need, and hospital wards that meet the isolation requirements are in short supply. In order to alleviate the pressure of patients' admission, Wuhan City urgently built dozens of mobile cabin hospitals and put them into use. However, traditional square cabin hospitals that shined during the war and earthquake relief cannot fully meet the needs of special epidemics. So, the living environment and psychological state of the non-critically patients who have been isolated in the shelter hospital have been widely concerned by the community. The treatment of infectious diseases is very different from the emergency treatment of trauma, so it is necessary to focus on the needs of medical staff and patients. It is necessary to study the treatment and isolation methods of patients with COVID-19, and to improve some treatment and living modules of the medical shelter to achieve better treatment effects.

The article requires a clear understanding of the transmission routes and preventive measures of COVID-19, as well as the current treatment and isolation methods for patients. And under the concept of immersive scene construction, through in-depth specific user research methods, excavate the specific needs of medical staff and patients for isolation and treatment. To further complete the design requirements and experience pain points of the special diagnosis and isolation treatment unit for infectious diseases in medical shelters.
