前言：用简短篇幅概括本课题的研究背景，总结有机酸对铜绿微囊藻化感抑制作用相关的国内外研究现状，指出本课题研究的目的与意义；

方案拟定：

①根据梭鱼草分泌的化感物质组分，选择出香草酸、肉桂酸、丁二酸等有机酸物质后对铜绿微囊藻进行作用；

②将各种有机酸分别作用于铜绿微囊藻，每隔24 h通过紫外分光光度计测得藻细胞的od₆₅₀值，得到试验过程中藻密度的变化，由此计算不同处理的抑藻率；
