摘 要

本文主要探讨的是手机寿命与手机使用时间等变量之间的关系，并根据变量之间的关系建立模型，当我们填入适当的变量数值之后，可以据此预测手机的使用寿命。

文中所涉及到的变量来源于预先设立的问卷调查，在调查中我们收到了147份问卷，其中有效数据147份，无效数据0份，有效率100%。

在处理数据的过程中，主要使用了spss软件进行分析，利用回归分析、聚类分析、多属性决策等方法进行数据的分析，并得出了一些结论。

在手机待机时间与手机使用时间的回归分析中，我们得到了手机待机时间与使用时间的线性关系，利用该关系我们可以计算手机随使用时间的变化下，在正常使用的情况待机时间的大概长短。在对数据进行分层抽样后的聚类分析中，将手机近似分成国产手机与苹果手机两类，国产手机更加符合国内用户的使用习惯，但使用时间要短于苹果手机；苹果手机更为经久耐用，相比之下寿命更长。在对用户更换手机的原因的调查中，列举了人们更换手机的主要原因，并利用多属性决策分析，得出各个原因的权重比例，我们发现，手机的虽坏、丢失等原因造成的更换手机占据多数情况，其次是购买配置更高更好的手机，人们往往在手机的待机时间并没有大幅度降低之前就选择了更换手机，在该情况的分析中，本欲选择以权重估计的方法进行分析，然而更换手机的原因无法进行量化，无奈之下选择多属性决策，使得多属性决策最后得到的加权得分无太大的实际意义。在最终的模型中，用两个回归函数共同定义了手机寿命，利用该模型我们可以利用手机的现有使用时间计算得出损坏程度，之后近似的预测出手机的预期寿命，再次强调的是，该寿命指多数人更换手机的时间，而并非手机无法使用的时间。

Abstract

This article mainly discusses the relationship between cell phone life and cell phone usage time and other variables, and builds a model based on the relationship between variables. After we fill in the appropriate variable values, we can predict the cell phone life based on this.

The variables involved in this article come from a pre-established questionnaire survey. In the survey, we received 147 questionnaires, including 147 valid data and 0 invalid data, with 100% efficiency.

In the process of processing data, spss software was mainly used for analysis, and regression analysis, cluster analysis, multi-attribute decision-making and other methods were used for data analysis, and some conclusions were drawn.

In the regression analysis of mobile phone standby time and mobile phone use time, we obtained the linear relationship between mobile phone standby time and use time. Using this relationship, we can calculate the approximate length of the standby time under normal use under the change of mobile phone use time . In the cluster analysis after stratified sampling of data, mobile phones are roughly divided into two types: domestic mobile phones and Apple mobile phones. Domestic mobile phones are more in line with the usage habits of domestic users, but the use time is shorter than Apple mobile phones; Apple mobile phones are more durable Durable and longer life in comparison. In the investigation of the reasons for users to replace mobile phones, the main reasons for people to replace mobile phones are listed, and multi-attribute decision analysis is used to obtain the weight ratio of each reason. In most cases, the second is to buy a higher and better mobile phone. People often choose to replace the mobile phone before the standby time of the mobile phone is not significantly reduced. In the analysis of this situation, I originally chose to use the weight estimation method. Analysis, however, the reason for replacing the mobile phone cannot be quantified. In desperation, multi-attribute decision-making is selected, so that the final weighted score obtained by multi-attribute decision-making has little practical significance. In the final model, two regression functions are used to define the life of the mobile phone. Using this model, we can use the current usage time of the mobile phone to calculate the degree of damage, and then approximate the expected life of the mobile phone. The emphasis is again, This lifespan refers to the time when most people change their phones, not the time when they are unusable.

随着通讯技术的发展，5G时代已经快要到来，电话也从最初的奢侈品到进入家家户户再到如今的移动电话，也就是手机成为了大多数人日常生活社交、娱乐等使用的电子产品。手机的使用深入到人们日常生活的方方面面，以至于很多人认为当今社会，无时无刻看着手机的“低头族”越来越多，在这种背景下，无论是对于生产手机的厂家还是对使用手机的普通人来说，对正在使用的手机的寿命有预期的认识都是非常重要的，厂家需要了解用户的需求，而用户可据此分析自己更换手机的频率。在这种前提下，了解何种因素可以影响手机寿命至关重要。

在这样的前提下，根据日常生活的经验以及前人的研究成果，本文初步认为，影响手机寿命的因素主要有：手机的品牌更新速度；随电池使用待机时间的变化；手机使用时间增长内部性能变化等。
