新能源技术在民用建筑中的应用研究毕业论文

摘 要

地源热泵空调系统与分布式屋顶光伏发电系统耦合是一种利用新能源的节能设施,与民用建筑结合具有可持续发展和绿色环保两大优势。本文重点分析研究了两种系统的耦合方式,从而建立一个零耗能的建筑模型。

本文首先探讨了国内外绿色建筑的现状,讨论了商用公共建筑与民用建筑能耗特点和区别,研究了不同新能源技术与民用建筑结合的方式,如水能、风能、生物质能、太阳能、地热能等。并且根据各种技术与建筑结合的可行性和效率等各方面因素确定了本文相耦合的两种新能源:地热能与太阳能,并且选择了一种可行的耦合方案,建立一个别墅模型,通过算例讨论别墅内各家用电器以及空调的能耗情况,计算地源热泵空调系统的耗电量和太阳能电池板的铺设面积并进行了经济性计算,得出11年半可回收成本的结论。

最后结合工程图纸对系统进行深入剖析与说明。

The Research of Application of New Energy Technology in Residential Buildings

Abstract

The coupling of ground source heat pump air conditioning system and distributed power generation system is a kind of facility fully use of new energy,which combined with the residential buildings shows the advantage of sustainable development and environmental protection.The paper analyzes the coupling way of the systems,in order to build a zero-energy consumption building mode.

Firstly, the current situation of green building at home and abroad is discussed in this paper,and the energy consumption trait and difference between commercial buildings and residential buildings as well as the ways to combine the facilities with different new energy techniques, such as water, wind energy, biomass energy, solar energy, geothermal energy, etc.And confirm two types of new energy i.e solar energy and geothermal energy through many factors like possibility and efficiency,choose one feasible scheme,modeling a villa mode,discuss the energy consumption of domestic appliances and air conditioner through an example and calculate the power consumption of ground source heat pump air conditioning system and paving acreage,then consider about the economical efficiency of the whole system,make a conclusion of the cost-recovering time of the system is 11 years and a half.

Finally,basing the engineering drawing ,make a deep dissection as well as explanation.
