摘 要
本篇论文设计的目的是为了回收高温烟气的余热,为了提高气-气换热器的传热效率考虑采用热管换热器,同时考虑到较高的烟气温度,最终选取高温热管换热器来进行烟气的余热回收。本人在许辉老师的指导下,先是根据工况合理选择了高温热管以及中温热管的工作介质,随后分步设计高温热管换热器,最终通过合理布置高温热管与中温热管,有效合理地衔接过渡段,并通过强化过渡段的传热,实现了装置设计上的可行性。并通过合理选择热管结构以及最优化的布置高温热管换热器,以及通过采取一系列措施来解决诸如积灰,低温腐蚀等问题,最终提高了设备的可靠性和稳定性,实现了高温烟气余热的有效回收。

Design of waste heat recovery system of high temperature flue gas based on heat pipe technology
ABSTRACT
The purpose of designing this thesis is to recover the waste heat of high temperature flue gas. To improve the heat transfer efficiency of the gas - gas heat exchanger ,consider using heat pipe heat exchanger. Taking into account the higher temperature of flue gas, finally select the high temperature heat pipe heat exchanger for heat recovery of flue gas. I am under the guidance of Xu hui teacher, firstly according to the conditions of reasonable selection of the working medium of the high temperature heat pipe and intermediate temperature heat pipe. Then employ the step-by-step design method for the design of high temperature heat pipe heat exchanger,the reasonable layout of high temperature heat pipe and intermediate temperature heat pipe, reasonable and effective link transition section. Through the enhancement of the heat transfer of the transition section, implement the feasibility of the device design.And through the proper choice of the structure of heat pipe and optimization of the layout of high temperature heat pipe heat exchanger, and by taking a series of measures to solve problems such as ash, low temperature corrosion and its like,ultimately improve the reliability of the equipment, and realize effective recovery of waste heat of high temperature flue gas.
