摘 要
工业现场监控已经广泛实现了有线监控,但铺设监控线路占据空间且传输距离受到一定限制。本课题以无线传输技术为基础,采用无线透传的方式和多路数据采集技术,利用数字滤波技术对采集的信号进行处理,再通过液晶显示出实时的数据,并通过无线模块进行传输,最终将实时数据传输到远端PC机上,以此来实现对工业现场状态的实时监控。
本文以工业现场无线监控技术的应用为课题背景,论述了多路无线数据采集系统的开发过程,主要完成课题中数据采集、处理以及发送软件部分设计。本文首先介绍了多路数据采集与无线传输系统的发展现状和其发展趋势。其次,介绍了系统硬件组成部分和所能够实现的功能,包括通用的电源模块、参考电压模块、CPU最小系统等模块,及针对本系统需求专门设计的模拟量数据采集模块、无线模块、LCD液晶显示模块等模块。然后根据系统功能需求设计了软件实现方案,给出了各功能子程序实现的关键代码和运行流程。最后给出了上电调试后的运行结果。
本文最后提出了设计中的一些不足之处和对今后的一些要求。论文结尾附有系统的PCB图和主程序代码。

Software design of multi channel data acquisition wireless transmission system based on STM32F103
Abstract
Cable monitoring has been widely implemented in industrial Supervisory Sysem, but there are still limits in space used and transmission distance when laying monitoring cables. The subject is based on the wireless transmission technology. It uses wireless transparent transmission, the multiplexing data acquisition technology and digital filtering technology to process the sampled signals, then shows real time data through the LCD display. At last, by transferring data through the wireless module, the real-time data will be transferred to the remote PC machine to realized the real-time monitoring of the state of the industrial field.
This paper, based on application of wireless monitoring technology in industrial field, discusses development process of data collection and wireless communication system and its main achievement is the software design of data acquisition, data processing and data sending. Firstly, the development status and development trend of Multi-channel Data Acquisition system and wireless transmission system are introduced. Secondly, this paper introduces the components of hardware and functions of the system, including power module, reference voltage module, minimum system of CPU, etc. In addition, analog quantity data acquisition module, wireless module, LCD liquid crystal display module are also designed . According to the requirements of the system function, I have designed the software implementation scheme, indicated the key code of the subroutine process and showed the running result of this system.
At the end of this paper, some deficiencies in the design and some future requirements are put forward. The PCB diagram and the main program code of the system are showed in the end.
