摘 要

近几十年来，科技的进步比之以前的几千年都要迅猛和快速，通信的全球化已经很是不可避免的趋势。智能建筑是科技发展的结果之一，而综合布线系统是智能建筑拥有其名副其实的作用的中枢。弱电系统从以前的分散式布线方法到现在的综合布线，解决了过去建筑物布线过于分散，无法集中的问题，综合布线系统是弱电领域中技术的一次飞跃。

医院是一个国家重要的基础建筑之一。在我国成为科技大国的时代，医院成为智能建筑领域的一份子也是一项重要工程。

本篇论文是有关对一栋高层医院进行通信配电设计，高层建筑特别是医院，配电系统相对的复杂一些，计算机网络系统、电话系统等系统数量较多且很重要。论文对综合布线系统、候诊系统、住院部呼叫监控系统进行了较为详尽的阐述，详细地列出了各个系统的设计方案、设备选型、设备安装方式以及计算等。

Design of a hospital information system

Abstract

With the continuous development of science and technology, information technology in the global wide range of competition, the twenty-first century is already the era of information big bang. Intelligent building is the most dazzling product of the era of information technology, and integrated wiring system is intelligent building to achieve information technology, intelligent most important central system, is the intelligent building infrastructure. Weak system from the previous decentralized cabling method to the current centralized wiring, to solve the past, a variety of building wiring is not compatible with each other, integrated wiring system is a huge leap in the field of technology. Over the years, developed countries and new industrial countries gradually in the building using integrated wiring, to speed up the construction of information systems infrastructure.

The hospital is one of the important infrastructure buildings of the country. In our country strides into the contemporary era of information, hospital information is particularly important.

This paper is about a high-level hospital communication and distribution design, high-rise buildings, especially hospitals, power distribution system is relatively complex, computer network systems, telephone systems and other systems more and more important. In this paper, the telephone system, computer network system, waiting system, inpatient call monitoring system are described in detail, and the design scheme, equipment selection, equipment installation and calculation of each system are listed in detail.

第一章 绪论

1.1 智能建筑的意义

第三次科技革命以来，信息技术迅猛发展。智能建筑的概念也不断地深入人心，并在建筑领域中产生着越来越大的影响。智能系统的集成化使以前杂乱的弱电部分获得了最大化的优化。虽然智能建筑有传统建筑所无法比拟的优点，但是它的建造成本也相对普通建筑要高很多，也有许多存在着风险的技术难关。智能建筑的阻挡是无法阻挡的，在将来的某一天它必将成为社会的常态，但是现在我们依然处于摸索阶段，要搞清楚发展的重点，合理发展智能建筑。

智能建筑是建筑技术和通信技术相结合的产物。在现代信息社会，建筑物不再简单的是人们工作或者休息的场所，它将成为人们更方便地生活，更快速地获取外部信息，更有效地与周围环境进行交流的智慧结晶，智能建筑将是建筑史和信息史的标志。
