摘 要
随着大数据时代的到来,各类建筑对于信息化智能化的要求逐渐增多,建筑电气与智能化这个专题的重要性也逐渐凸显[1]。尤其是在超高层住宅建筑中,智能化程度更是衡量住宅档次的标准之一。尽管在弱电系统中智能化程度更能凸显,但是所谓智能化,就是要方便人们的工作生活[2]。因此,在强电系统设计中,也应当注意以人为核心的智能化设计,处处以实际情况着想,以国家规范为基本线,以安全、便捷为宗旨,实现建筑电气的人性化,科技化[3][4]。
本论文对南京紫金(江宁)科技创业特别社区假日酒店的配电系统,照明、插座系统,防雷接地系统的设计进行了一个详细的介绍。阐述了各个系统的设计思路、设备选择、电缆选择、计算等设计方案。

Design of strong electric for Holiday Hotel in Nanjing Zijin (Jiangning) Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Special Community
Abstract
With the arrival of data age, all kinds of buildings’ requirements of the intelligent and informatization gradually increased. The importance of the topic of the construction electric and intelligent has gradually highlighted.Especially in high-rise hotels or residential buildings, the degree of intelligence is one of the criteria to measure the grade of the building. Though in the weak current system the degree of intelligence can be more prominent, the so-called intelligent, that is, to facilitate people's work life.Therefore, in the design of strong electric system, it should pay high attention to the intelligent design with the core of people,taking the actual situation into consideration everywhere, take the national standard as the basic line,take the safety and convenience as the purpose and achieve building electrical’s humanization and technology.
This dissertation gives a detailed introduction to the design of power distribution system, lighting, socket system and lightning protection grounding system of Nanjing Zijin (Jiangning) Science and Technology Special Community Holiday Hotel. It absolutely elaborates the design ideas, equipment selection, cable selection and calculation of each system expounded.
