摘 要

随着微电子技术的蓬勃发展,计算机技术的飞速发展,主体是微机,使仪器结构发生了翻天覆地的变化。结合计算机技术,运用检测技术,产生了新一代的智能仪表,与传统仪器的传统测量电路相比,在测量过程自动化,测量数据处理和功能多样化方面。取得了巨大进展[1]

本课题考虑通信优势选用Modbus通信协议。是一种工业自动化总线通信协议,其标准、开发和免费等特点,支持多厂家的数据通信,兼容光纤,无线, RS232, RS485, TTL等,广泛应用于各种工业自动化领域。节约成本,灵活多用,此通信协议对外公开,有简单且易于理解的格式。

本文将介绍一些主流通信协议,重点介绍Modbus通信协议。本课题基于 C#和智能仪表的数据采集报警系统论文设计制作了传输页面,该系统由Visual C#开发,可以通过下位机将数据传输到主机。上位机可显示实时图像,可设置上下限并进行报警。

Abstract

With the continuous development of microelectronics and computer technology, the fundamental change of instrument structure has been brought about. The new generation of smart tools is based on the integration of information technology and micro-computers. Compared with the conventional measuring circuit of traditional instrument in the aspects of automation of measuring process, data processing and function diversification, the new generation of "intelligent instrument" has been achieved. Great progress has been made.

This document has selected a Modbus communication protocol that reflects the benefits of communication. It is a communication protocol for industrial automation bus with standard features, development and properties. It supports data communication of thousands of industrial intelligent instrument manufacturers. It also supports various communication interfaces such as RS232, RS85, TTL, optical fiber and wireless. The protocol is open and easy to understand. it is widely used in various sectors related to industrial automation, cost savings, flexibility and multiuse.

This paper introduces some commonly used communication protocols, focusing on the Modbus communication protocol, and introduces the software scheme used in the design. This paper designs and manufactures a transmission page based on C# and intelligent instrument data acquisition and alarm system. A system developed with a Visual C# and to collect information from the computer from above down. The upper computer can display real-time images.The warning limit and a lower limit can be set.
