单级单管PFC变换器的设计毕业论文

摘 要

功率因数校正技术随着电力电子技术的更新换代和对供电系统的要求不断提高而逐渐成为一项十分重要的研究课题。考虑到成本、效率和应用场合等因素,单级功率因数校正技术备受关注,论文对单级功率因数校正技术进行了较为完整的研究。

单级功率因数校正变换器具有结构简单、成本低廉和校正效果显著等特点。其组成包括PFC单元和DC/DC单元,仅使用一个开关管和一套控制电路可以同时实现输入电流整形和输出电压调节。本文采用一种串联充电并联放电的低电压应力的单级单管PFC变换器,对电路拓扑做了概述并详细分析了变换器的工作模态,通过稳态计算进行应力分析,最后采用仿真方式得到实验波形对计算结果进行了分析验证。

仿真分析结果表明,理论分析正确,该单级单管PFC变换器在满足元器件的应力要求和对输出稳定的要求情况下能够较为理想地实现功率因数校正的目的。

The Design of Single Stage Power Factor Correction Converter

Abstract

Power factor correction technology has become a very important research topic with the renewal of power electronic technology and the requirement of power supply system. Taking into account the factors such as cost, efficiency and application, the single stage power factor correction technology has attracted much attention. In this paper, the single stage power factor correction technique is studied completely.

The single stage power factor correction converter has some characteristics, such as simple structure, low cost and obvious correction effect. It is composed of a PFC unit and a DC/DC unit, it use a switch tube and a control circuit to shape the input current and regulate output voltage. This text employed a converter with low over-voltage, it charged when capacitances in series and discharged when they in parallel, and the study described the circuit topology and analyzed the principle of operation, analyzed the stress by steady stage simulation. Finally, the simulation method is used to obtain the experimental waveforms to verify the calculation results.

Simulation results show that the theoretical analysis is correct and the single-stage single switch PFC converter can achieve the purpose of power factor correction ideally in the case of meeting the requirements of the stress of components and the requirements of the output voltage stability.
