基于数据分析的危险化学品道路运输事故情景构建

摘 要

随着我国化工行业的快速发展，危险化学品的需求量日益增大，道路网络规模的扩展也极大地促进危险化学品的道路运输，但随之而来的是对道路沿线的居民的生命和财产构成了巨大的安全隐患。近年来，这类事故的频发引起了社会的关注，对危险化学品道路运输事故规律的探究成为研究热点。

目前国内对这类事故的研究已取得一些成果，但在查阅文献后发现以下问题：

（1）危险化学品在道路运输过程中受众多因素共同影响，难以建立准确的耦合模型对其进行有效的预测分析；

（2）多数研究仅对事故的起因及结果进行统计研究而忽略了事故过程中的情景演化，从而无法针对事故的实际情况展开合理的“情景-应对”。

针对以上问题，本文系统地讨论了这类事故情景的演化特征及匹配问题。论文的主要工作如下：

（1）本文主要通过对2012年10月到2015年3月发生的1000余起危险化学品道路运输事故进行统计，通过数据分析，总结出危险化学品道路运输事故的过程特点、发展机理及影响因素；

（2）根据历史事故的统计结果，利用变异系数法对危险化学品道路运输事故状态指标赋权，分析各状态指标对事故的影响程度；

（3）危险化学品道路运输过程中发生事故时，对事故发生时各种状态进行检测获取状态观测值，然后检索统计所得的历史事故，筛选出一系列历史事故，通过计算状态观测值的相似度，选取相似度最高的一个历史事故作为当前事故的参考对象，然后采取与该事故对应的应急措施来控制当前事故。

Accident Scene Building of Dangerous Chemical Road

Transportation Based on Data Analysis

ABSTRACT

With the rapid development of China's chemical industry, the demand for hazardous chemicals is increasing, the expansion of the road network size also greatly facilitate road transport of dangerous chemicals, but the life of residents and property followed along the road poses a great risk. In recent years, the frequency of such incidents aroused the concern of the community, the study of hazardous chemicals road transport become a hot topic.

At present domestic research on this type of accident we have made some achievements, but after reading the documents found the following problems:

(1) Hazardous chemicals road transport is influenced by many factors, it is difficult to establish an accurate model for coupling its effective predictive analysis;

(2) The causes and results of most studies only one accident for statistical research and ignore the accident scene during evolution, making it impossible to expand the reasonable actual circumstances of the accident "scenario - response".

To solve the above problems, this paper systematically discusses the evolution of this type of accident scenarios and matching. The main work is as follows:

(1) This article mainly through the more than 1,000 hazardous chemicals road transport accidents in October 2012 to March 2015 statistics, and analysis the data, summarized the process hazardous chemicals road transport accident characteristics, development mechanism and influence factors;
