红外温度测量仪设计毕业论文

摘 要

本文主要借助了STC89C52单片机来进行了红外温度测量仪的设计。从现在的大体现场情况分析来看,疫情中红外测温的使用方式已经由传统的水银温度计直接转化为了红外水印温度计了。主要的缺陷是因为水印温度计的诸多主要缺点像,精度低,测量的时间长,容易与病毒造成交叉感染等等。因此,相应的红外测温则是可以在很大的程度上可以避免这些温度计的缺陷。基本上就是充分的使用一个STC89C52单片机的功能,首先利用热电堆温度传感器主控芯片C-TPSF5.5对测出的温度信号进行测量和采样,然后就通过四运算放大器对主控芯片LM324将主控芯片测出的数字电信号通过使用前置芯片进行信号放大以防止信号过小而无法检测,另外,采用AD转换的相关模块使得信号转化为数字信号,随后将信号传递到作为主要核心的单片机芯片。到此收集和处理信号就完成了。然后再使用显示屏来将所测出的数据显示出来。其与单个热电堆传感器或者主控芯片不完全兼容的热传感器测温系统与市场上传统的各种常规温度测量传感器相比,具有一系列的优势(其中例如传感器的使用寿命更长)在其本质上更加灵活。

Abstract

This paper mainly uses STC89C52 single chip microcomputer to design the infrared temperature measuring instrument.From the analysis of the present situation, we can see that the use of infrared thermometers in epidemic situation has been transformed from traditional mercury thermometers to infrared watermark thermometers. The main defect is that the watermark thermometer has many main disadvantages, such as low accuracy, long measurement time, easy to cross infection with virus and so on. Therefore, the corresponding infrared temperature measurement can avoid the defects of these thermometers to a great extent. Basically, it is to fully use the function of a STC89C52 single-chip microcomputer. First, the temperature signal measured is measured and sampled by the main control chip c-tpsf5.5 of the thermopile temperature sensor, and then the digital electrical signal measured by the main control chip LM324 is amplified by the four operational amplifiers to prevent the signal from being too small to be detected. In addition The relevant modules of AD conversion are used to convert the signal into digital signal, and then the signal is transmitted to the single chip as the main core. This completes the collection and processing of signals. Then use the display to display the measured data. Compared with the traditional temperature measurement sensors in the market, the temperature measurement system of thermal sensor which is not completely compatible with a single thermopile sensor or the main control chip has a series of advantages (for example, the sensor has a longer service life) and is more flexible in nature.
